    I've recently used one of these and after, I couldn't stop laughing for a few minutes. I don't know why but it made me laugh.

      there is nothing in it that makes you laugh. the "laughing gas" is only usable in a doctors office for pain relief.
      google the placebo effect.

      Shaking, twitching, heart palpitations are normal. Maybe it was making you nervous and you were nervous laughing.

    Can you use a Pediatric mask for a older kid that is over the age of 14 yaers old?

    I've had manyyy of these over 100, ask for a mask it's more comfortable u don't gotta hold it with your hands or mouth

      Yea I’ve had one for years the sound is the worst but it’s supposed to be like that

      Yes, not quite as loud as a hair dryer or a vacuum, but it's loud

      No, but I have cystic fibrosis and thats what i use and home and in the hospital.

    Do others nearby inhale the medication, second hand?

      Hello. Thanks for your question. There is likely some exposure to person nearby, but it would be extremely limited unless the person were to put their face or mouth directly in the stream of the aerosol being emitted from the nebulizer. Most of the aerosol particles rapidly evaporate or settle downward on a surface (floor, table, etc).

    How to put together a nebulizer. The mouth pieces come separated. How do you put these parts together properly? This should be the first thing to be shown

    I have reavite airway disease and my nebuilzer is a tube like this but the machine is a paguin but it's from 10 years ago because yesterday I went to the hospital for breathing treatment and they said I have reavite airway disease..

      The medicine residue left over can cause fungus to grow in your mouth

      @@barbaralomba8777 even Albuterol sulfate inhalation solution,. 0.083%? this isn't. A steroid right so I don't have to rinse after. I rinse. After. My. Flovent. HFA aerosol inhaler cuz. I. Is a seroid sorry. My phone is messes up

      what about lungs, is it going to grow fungus there too. yuck, that doesn't sound healthy. Anything that would grow fungus in my mouth, I don't think I want in my lungs, jus sayin.

      Joe B, when you have a choice of dying or using a steroid that you have a very slight possibility of getting a fungal infection, I would choose life. Just me though.

    Are you supposed to exhale INTO the tube also? OR exhale out the nose and inhale thru mouth?

      However you normally breathe whatever’s comfortable for you I’ve had one since I was a kid

      Inhale through mouthpiece, exhale through nose. As slow and deep breaths as possible to get it deeper in the lungs.

      The air filter is usually on the compressor, but it should say in the instruction manual.
