Back with another VLOG! My first week back was a blast (and very chill), and now I've started my clinical rotations in respiratory medicine. We've been learning about things like COPD and asthma, and it's been hectic getting used to all the lingo on the wards. What are you currently learning about, or studying for? Hope you're having a relaxing morning/day/night! ✌🏼
I actually like how sebastian shows that med students can have healthy and balanced routines (chill evenings, good relationships, time off/traveling) . Not like other youtubers who only showcase studying alone.
I really love your editing. At first I didn't realize, but now I know one of the reasons why I like it is because the cut of each clips are on beat of the songs. Great job there, very on point!
A forehand tip: Swing your racquet back before the bounce. It gives you way more time to hit the shot :). Apart from that, you're actually pretty good! :D Great vlog btw! Loved it 🤩
I'm about to start my third 100% online semester in medical school here in México, I was the only one from my friends that got unexpectedly in a different group and that kinda bumps me down, but I'm still hoping for the best!
for the forehand tip: try leaning your body forward as u do the moment, as if your body is pushing the ball as much as the racquet is (bc the momentum actually helps). as i’ve seen your kinda jumping while hitting the ball, try staying grounded, and only take your foot out of the court when you’ve done hitting the ball and you’re doing the push with your body
Step into the ball when you hit it. Either hit the ball when it is positioned lower as it comes up or down, or use more top spin to bring the ball back down
3:58 I was listening to you....but then... something cute captivated my eyes!!! And then I was really hoping..when is she going to do that again!? And then she again did it 4:05😄💕
Hello, I'm a 3rd year medical student from the Philippines. Your vlogs motivate me, Seb! I hope you guys are doing alright. Wish you the best in studying! 😊
I have done that walk before and it's so beautiful! I've done it from that side to past wedding cake rock and from the other end of the trail down about 2 hours.
Hi I wsih you luck in your journey. I'm also third year nursing and your tips on how to stay productive while studying are very helpful for me. Thank you😊
Love your vlogs~ Super motivating to watch :) For your forehands I notice you're falling back on your feet in the clips. That means you're hitting the ball late (causing the ball to come too close to your body so you have to lean back to follow through with your swing.) Try split stepping the moment your opponent hits the ball so that you can center your momentum and turn towards the direction the ball is coming. That way you give yourself enough time to "point and swing". Thanks for uploading!
You asked for a tennis tip: keep your weight on the front foot when you hit the ball on the forehand side, this way you will generate more power and stay balanced
My tennis advice would be trying to maintain a more neutral stance throughout the swing without falling backwards. In order to do that, you'll have to move faster and adapt your swing to higher/deeper balls without running too much to the backcourt. Notice you lift your front leg in most of your shots, when you should try to shift your weight forward. Great vlog too haha!
totally loved your video! I'm a premed student and I'll be writing my medical entrance exam this year. I've been following your channel for quite a while and your videos are my constant source of motivation. So excited to start my med school journey
I guess Brazil can relate to Australia in terms of weather, last week all states here had temperatures around 35-40°C. Anyways, I'm wishing u all the best in this new year of medical school!
A tip to improve your forehand is to to git the ball with top spin so it's harder for your opponent to get the ball by swiping upwards when you make contact with the ball like a wind shield wiper. Thanks for this cool content!😊
in Russia there is 32 degrees too but in the other direction(( too cold, take me to sunny Australia! By the way, your week is so interesting, thank you for your vlog:) it gave me a lot of positive emotions and I'm going to continue preparing for the exams with good mood!
Make sure to try to use your momentum forward through your shots! The swings I saw were mostly you running backwards and hitting a forehand. Make sure to take your split step and then try to move INTO the court more! Best of luck and thanks for the videos!
love this one sooo much. Just finished my final exam in the first semester of my second year medical school in China, and you uploaded this vlog!! Saw you watching friends and I’m a huge fan of it😜, btw I’m in the school tennis team and your tennis playing with your gf seems a lot of fun😀
You were talking about basic genetics and mendel's theory, which is what my class is learning in high school right now. Lmao I felt so smart because I knew what you were talking about. BTW I love your videos and congrats at 100K!!!
I’m also in the Southern Hemisphere (Chile, S. America) and it’s crazy that you have classes in January! Classes don’t usually start until March here 🤯
Don't draw your left arm back just before impact with the ball. Keep it to stay balanced & use it to make sure that you are rarely taking the shot on your backfoot, & are instead springing up from a bent-knee posture to a slight leap onto your leading foot to ensure maximum control & topspin. Also, be conscious of breathing in to judge the shot & exhaling just as you make contact. Allows for better balance as you hit the ball. Hope it helps!
your positioning on your forehand is the issue. You are moving to late, the ball should be around hip height when you hit it, that way you can roll your racket over it causing the top spin.
Resp ward is COPD ward. Know COPD inside and out. If you see anything other than COPD or pneumo, it's pretty exciting. Use butterfly needles if you are asked to take blood. They cost the hospital more, but it's better for both you and the patient.
helllo! i'm a new subsciber! i enjoy your vids bro,. Btw, is that a matte case/cover you have for your laptop? Where did you purchase it? I'm planning to use it on my laptop as well. Thank you!
Yooo u playing tennis now!!! For some forehand tips, try to rotate your legs first since all the power comes mainly from your legs and then extend your arm outwards to your shoulder.

That "(Un)productive" is still productive than my day :(
