If the studio was in the same country as Bao, then it might have worked with a civil tort, but this is a guy (James Wick, director/producer/owner of defunct Studio Cell) was in Taiwan I think it was. There was police reports made but I don't know if that went anywhere havent heard much about this since late may last year. @@theannualantagonist5930 didnt she commission someone that was associated with a really reputable animation company tho? they werent anymore at the time she commissioned, but that might not have been public yet, and its not like the scammer would have told her. sometimes scams come from people who actually seem credible.
