Corfu is lovely and really enjoyed taking the horse and buggy ride with you. I loved it when you suggested that maybe you should get a horse and Zarko said “Well we do have two parking spots”. Too funny. I had only heard of Corfu from the PBS Masterpiece series. “The Durrells in Corfu” loosely based on a true story set in the 1930’s of an English widow who moves her four children from England to Corfu to improve their lives. Much of the filming was done there and I thought I recognized some of those areas in your video. In researching the family, I found their story to be very interesting. Thanks for sharing this magical place with us!
Corfu is a beautiful island! Me and my fiancé went there about a year ago and we stayed for 2 weeks at an all inclusive beach resort. The excursions we took around the island were very fun. A lot of small villages in the middle of nowhere parts of the island. We also walked around the town and enjoyed that as well. We even stumbled upon an outdoor fish market which was neat. I’m enjoying your videos.
OMG, I would have loved to visit those small villages! Places like that have such a unique charm. Your trip sounds amazing, especially stumbling upon an outdoor fish market - that must have been so cool! Thanks for sharing and so glad you're enjoying our videos!
Right?! Corfu has such a unique charm compared to other parts of Greece. It's like stepping into a different world. Definitely a bucket list spot for sure!
Dear Tressa and Zarko being on deck and seeing the ship drifting into Corfu Greece was special, also seeing the Greek dance in the evening on ship was special also, watching on deck as the ship departs Greece was special, I loved walking the old town many side streets with you was fun too, and yes, Corfu also reminds me of Venice I loved the horse buggy tour seeing sites of Corfu and the beautiful emerald trees and the spectacular seaside scenery with azure blue crystal clear water beaches Thank you for the video😍
Wow, what a lovely message! We're so glad you enjoyed all those special moments - from drifting into Corfu, experiencing the Greek dance, and exploring the old town, to the horse buggy tour and the breathtaking seaside views. Corfu definitely has a unique charm that reminds us of Venice too. Thanks for joining us on this adventure and for your kind words! 😍
Corfu is beautiful ❤. I love the old town and your buggy ride too, thank you Tressa and Zarko for sharing your travels with us. Looking forward to Bari!
Corfu is beautiful! We were in Greece in May this year but didn't get to stop in Corfu, after seeing your video we will be sure to add it to the list for next time. Thank you for taking us with you!
Corfu is indeed beautiful! We're glad our video inspired you to add it to your list for next time. Greece has so many amazing places to explore, and Corfu is definitely a gem. Thanks for coming along with us on our journey! 🌟🌴😊
That's awesome to hear! Corfu is definitely worth adding to your travel bucket list. Thanks for joining us on our adventure and happy future travels! 🌍✈️😊
Thank you so much! We're thrilled you enjoyed the tour of Corfu. We figured the map at the beginning would help set the stage. Your LIKE means a lot to us - stay tuned for more adventures! 🌍
We totally agree! We love finding those hidden gems where the locals hang out. If there's no English menu, that's even better - it means we’re in for an authentic experience. Sounds like you had an awesome time in Corfu! 🍽️
Congratulations on 9k subscribers! 🥳🎉! Ah that was lovely! I'm English and like most Brits have been to Corfu at least once...but never gone anywhere near Corfu town. Often we come on what are called Package Holidays and you are whisked straight from the airport to your resort hotel and then spend a week or two sunning, swimming, exploring a bit but generally soaking up as much sun as possible. Like many other northern europeans, we need sun and warmth and when we find it, it's difficult to tear yourself away. My favourite island though is Crete. I just adore it. Can't wait to see Bari and add yet more places on the ever growing list of 'I want to go there!' - thanks again for sharing your journey with us.
Thank you so much for the 9k subscriber congrats! 🥳🎉 It's great to hear from you. Corfu town is definitely worth a visit if you get the chance next time. Package holidays sound convenient, but it's always nice to venture out and explore a bit more. We totally get the need for sun and warmth - it's hard to leave once you find it! Crete is amazing too; such a wonderful choice for a favorite island. Thanks for following our journey! ☀️🏖️🛳️
Looks a great island and you’re right, not your typical Greek Island. I have been to Chena (just for the day on a cruise, Royal Caribbean of course!). That was equally nice, so would be worth travelling around for a week
Yes, we do have some great stories! Maybe we can start sharing a short story at the end of each video over a glass of wine. That way, people who aren't interested in our stories can just click out. Stay tuned for some fun tales! 🍷
We’re US expats, retired and living in Bulgaria. Zarko is Bulgarian, and we used to live in Seattle but now call Burgas, Bulgaria, our home. We try to keep the focus of the videos on the locations because, to be honest, we do them mostly to remember and relive the experiences. We don't talk much about ourselves because we prefer people to get to know us by hanging out with us through our videos or in person. What do you want to know about us? As for the ship, for many people, it's the main highlight of the cruise, but for us, it’s just transportation from one place to another. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to give it a true presentation. We're all unique, and that's what makes life and interacting with each other so interesting.
I noticed your husband has a strong accent I was wondering where he is from originally and are you originally from the US if so what state. Sorry if it's too personal of a question. I'm from Michigan and my husband is from Pakistan we have been married for over 20 years. I'm enjoying this video and watching you as you explore. Thanks

It's great to hear about your own international marriage - 20 years is impressive! Thanks for watching and exploring with us! 🌍😊
Beautiful island. Your video is inspiring. I know you walk a lot, but how do you keep so trim on such a long cruise? I would have gained at least 30 pounds by now!
Haha, it's definitely a balancing act! Honestly, body shape is kind of genetic, but we also make it a point to avoid the buffet and often skip lunch. Plus, all that walking helps! Thanks for the compliment and for watching - we're glad you found the video inspiring!
We’re using the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. It’s small but perfect for capturing all the stunning views without lugging around a big setup. Glad you enjoyed the footage!
How much did you pay for the horse ride? Would it fit 4 family member? I want to book a cruise for next year with a corfu port cruise stop so I’m already looking for things to do before I book it:)
Your family of 4 should have no problem fitting on the horse carriage ride. We paid around $30 after a little negotiation. Thanks for watching. We have many more on the way.

Love Corfu! Great little spice shops and jewelry stores. Last time found a nice little restaurant on a side street. Was busy with locals.

Nice video. I will be in Corfu in October. May I ask how much was the horse ride and how long? Thanks
Thank you for watching! We paid something like $30 for an hour ride. They will negotiate with you on the price.
What cameras are you both using?
