As an Italian living in Italy, I can say that Naples has become a very touristic city in the last years, so it isn’t underrated anymore. Turin is definitely more underrated than Naples (between foreign tourists)
Graz was a surprise , I thought that since Austrian automobile manufacturer Magna Steyr and other heavy industry is located there, I assumed it was mostly an industrial city. It's actually really beautiful .😊
Good choice Aarhus. I lived about 20km away from this city in the 1980s, would often go there on weekends. Wow, it has really developed. Looks awesome.
Very good choices. Several of the mentioned cities belong to my favorites, too - like Graz, Bern, Thessaloniki, Ljubljana and Trieste. What about a Dutch city such as Leiden or Den Bosch? Just with Seville I feel that it does not quite fit on a list of „underrated“ cities because it is actually world-famous for some of its buildings, its flamenco shows and allure and, thus, attracts around 2 million tourists annually. There are less famous cities in Spain that are stunning, for instance Bilbao, Cuenca or Salamanca. But overall an inspiring video!
Thank you! You're right Seville isn't as underrated as many other cities, but it's still a bit underrated considering how amazing it is. True, all the cities you mentioned would be good options for the list.
Seville is truly a well known much visited city. You should have Zaragoza or Valladolid on the list instead. Both beautiful cities, but hardly on the tourist map. I mean Zaragoza is between Barcelona and Madrid but no one gets off the train to explore everything it has to offer.
Thank you for your feedback. You're right, Seville is better known than the others on the list. It was a difficult choice whether to include it in this list at all. That's why it's number 16 and not number 1. Thanks for the good tips about Zaragoza and Valladolid.

I would add for sure the most underrated and the real italian hidden gem - TURIN! I've visited 12 of 17 but I miss Talinn on the list, but maybe it's not a underrated one 🤔😂...
Seville is truly amazing, but it's not for this list...
I would like to see here also Split, Plovdiv and many others
Thank you for your feedback and watching the video!
2 places I’ve been intrigued to go (off piste) is Piran in Slovenia and Eze in France can anyone relate or has anyone been to these places?
Piran is really worth to visit with italian charm and slovene hospitality, fantastic location and lack of croudes
Where is Lubeck Germany? It is a beautiful city and well worth being on this list.
You are right. Lubeck is very beautiful and could well be on this list. That was one of the options. Thank you for your comment!
Beg to differ about Wroclaw and Gdansk as I am regular in both these cities - they are really popular with tourists throughout the year and even if the majority of them are Poles not French, German or British it still does not make them underrated
Take me there...
Thank you watching the video!
“Letzay” 😂
I’ve been to all but two of these cities. Most of them are really great places, but Thessaloniki? Apart from a very small center it doesn’t have much to offer and it completely lacks greek charme. I would add Cardiff, Aarhus or Valencia instead.
Thanks for your feedback and for watching the video!
I would add Genova (Italy) and Valencia (Spain)
Thank you for your comment! Both places could very well be on the list.
Which city is shown in the first second of intro?
The first city in the intro is Bern
from Italy I would add Bergamo, Genova and even Bolzano
Thanks for the good suggestions! Thanks for watching the video!
Nothing from Romania on the list? It's literally THE definition of underrating in Europe.
Thank you for your feedback. Cities from Romania could very well have been on this list!
What is the city on the thumbnail?
Thank you for your question! The city in the thumbnail is Ghent.
It IS also a matter of Beauty and avaiability to get to some cities like i would vlearly Spende Money to get to a City rome Paris or Barcelona but Not If ITS far away to a City Like Gdansk or Brno.
Thank you for your comment! Thanks for watching the video!
Lofoten in Norway usually are in these kind of videos, but not this one.
Thank you for the feedback! Thanks for watching the video!
I would add Córdoba in Spain.
Thank you for your comment and watching the video! Cordoba would have been a good option for the list.
Can a warm breeze carry the scent of history?
I would add Bordeaux, Utrecht, Delft, Helsinki, Talinn, Lviv, Mostar, Prizren Kotor, Split, Lille, Glasgow, Valencia, Chester, Siena, Sighisoara, Ronda, Symi, Bled, Lucerne, Marienbad
Thank you for your comment! You are right. Those cities are all good options.
a bit difficult to go to Lviv right now....😢
some very good suggestions here but "Luzern" isn't exactly a hidden gem, it's where all the tourists go that have 1 day for Switzerland.
Wonderful Chester. Europe is full of amazing cities
You have to add Mantova in Italy
Thank you for your feedback. Thanks for watching the video!
how is Seville NOT on tourists map?
Thank you for your comment! Seville's exceptional beauty and distinctiveness aren't as widely appreciated and recognized as they should be. But of course its better known than the other cities on the list.
Well made but missed TALLINN ESTONIA 🇪🇪
Thank you for your comment and thanks for watching the video. True. Tallinn could very well have been on this list.
Coimbra is great although I'd add Braga and Évora
Thank you for your comment. Braga and Évora are also amazing!
Kosice, Slovakia
Thank you for your comment! Thanks for watching the video!
europe is like going to the middle east today
Oradea, Romania, not many people know this city
Thank you for the feedback! Thanks for watching the video!
Maybe more people knows it as Nagyvarad 😉
I would have had Seville on the first ranked city list.
Thank you for your comment. Seville is truly amazing. 👍
Heidelberg, Germany ja ja😊
Thank you for your comment and for watching the video!
Gdansk, birthplace of great filosofer ArthurSchopenhauer
Thank you for your comment!
I was in Sevilla Spain 3 wks ago and it's definitely NOT a hidden gem. Where did you get your facts for this list?
Why isnt Bergen there
Thank you for your comment! Bergen could very well have been on the list.
Here’s a [criminally] underrated city 🏙️ in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 for you: *Aberdeen* in Scotland 🏴.
You are right. Aberdeen is great and definitely underrated.
@@iceprincess3981 you’re right there! Surprised 😳 they *never* _even_ mentioned ABERDEEN!!!
*Aberdeen* deserves to be 40 odd percent BIGGER THAN *LONDON!*
Hun underrated? We europeans appreciate these cities a lot.
Valencia!!!
Thank you for the feedback. Valencia would also have been a good choice for this list.
Ghotic Torun, Poland
Thank you for your comment! Thanks for watching the video!
Wroclaw and Gdansk were German till 1945 and called Breslau and Danzig. From Wroclaw, 650,000 people were expelled in 1945, and from Gdansk around 250,000. Next time, mention it please.
Not one French city!!? :(
Seville 😂 a “hidden gem”.
A very great place but it’s by no means a hidden gem. Assuming this is aimed at Americans who aren’t aware a whole world exists outside of the US.
