Kindly one information about zoho is not u option bcz regarding placement side they select people for their employees relatives. it's waste our time my kind advice. Even if girls means definitely they are not selected even they select all rounds they reject.

Recently i joined Zoho, ur statement is absolutely not acceptable, Only talent matters, no recommendation recommended here, if so, i would have joined there 6 yrs before itself.. by that time i got rejected and you know what..? my cousin is working there as director of the respective dept 6 yrs b4.. Also he referred me at that time, but i got rejected for not performed well in interview... Also tried again n again in last 4 yrs And he changed his company 3 yrs b4.., and i attended my interview last yr without any recommendation at all.. And i got selected, i know that i performed well in last interview..
If you don't have talent means you should have to grow talent by yourself without getting tired... otherwise don't blabber about the company reputation without knowing things....

Well it's not like everyone in company might like it, i wonder how many would actually like this. I feel this is basically low budget way of scaling up. People from outside tn, may not be comfortable, zoho should rather do something generic. Imagine someone from madurai, being asked to work in some rural in up/bihar. No one knows english, how can one survive.
