Swati one of the researcher told exactly and I found this interaction useful such practices should carry on in other institutions also. One thing I have observed everywhere and yes may be wrong according to you but I see our researchers don't feel comfort in seminar rooms, interaction meetings and a kind of openness with the environment. Why do they feel a gap with the system and remain with unknown fear with superiors of home Institute. I found a reason that is lack of interaction with faculty members. Also a reason of it is thought sharing with supervisors like a friend, and Guru. Not true for all but in maximum cases here supervisor treat scholar like they don't know anything means train in different way with incomplete communication or bias communication. After all an individual learn by instructions not by fear so my suggestion is please share the information with scholar in transparent way. Here I appreciate Professor your efforts to bring awareness among the young scholars. Best wishes always.
