just found your channel - this is unbelievable content. incredibly informative and easy to digest. THANK YOU!
Thank you! That’s so great to hear
Dope. Great video. Love the humanisation through groove randomisation in particular.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great channel!
Thank you!!
Looks interesting, is there some way to hear the final musical example that is produced prior to purchase on your site? Thanks
Anybody know how to do continuous timing randomization in Logic Pro like in this video?
Cna someone link me the drum pack he’s using here?
What makes the Ableton 8 compressor better?
It’s cleaner with less click and pops especially on the low end
Cutting the video just before "the trick" was really cruel 😂...great content though! Greetings from Israel
You are so cool:) Shall we connect?

I dont think groove comes from ANY type of randomization. if you were playing bass or drums, and you just randomly changed your timing you would be fired from that job within a few seconds.
I think we are talking about two different things. This is not played live. The mere fact of being human force some amount of randomization or probability or what ever you want to call it, in everything you do.
I’m just showing one way of adding a more live feel for aspiring producers who want to get that vibe.
But yes I understand what you’re saying. There might be tendencies of certain grooves that you enjoy, like pulling back in the pocket or pushing forward.

I guess if you "randomized" a couple of one bar loops that would be repeated multiple times, it impart some sense of groove, just due to the randomizations repeating in a somewhat coherent way... I do see people for sure thinking that "randomizing" their music is going to make it groove better....
