A house like that would go for double that price here in LA...but of course, it doesn't snow here.
The snow - it’s not so bad. But the grayness and no sunshine for weeks at a time during the winter is not so nice
Who painted it black???
Buyer purchased and totally renovated interior and exterior, including paint.
