And from here on, on each leg, you're going to hop twice. So I just hopped on my left leg, and I'm going to hop forward on my left leg, when my right leg goes back. Boom. Hold your balance. So now you're going to hop back on your right leg. Hop forward on your right leg. Hop back on your left leg. Hop forward on your left leg. Hop back on your right leg. Hop forward on your right leg. Hop back on your left leg. Hop forward on your left leg.
If you realize every time I hop back, the leading leg that's lifted up, it's tucked in and goes back. See, here you go. Bam. You land on that same leg that just went back, and this leg that's leading goes back. Boom. Boom. And that's pretty much a basic fundamental of how you're going to do it. So let's just do it a few times. Slow, and then we're going to pick up the pace. Yeah?
Five, six, oh, last thing. You want to make sure you start on the end count, when you do that first step. So it's going to go, and one, and two, and three, and four, and five, and six, and seven, and eight. Okay? Ready? So now we're going to go to the beat.
