What’s wild is the flashback Cole Train has shows that he was just a typical athlete before the war, and the war got so bad he took up arms to defend what he loves. By far one of the most well written characters in a game series, they just don’t make games like that anymore

They should just do Gears games with the original cast and with flashbacks if necessary. The new cast ain't cutting it, they aren't interesting enough to exist in the games.
