That last plant kind of looks like the head of a giraffe after the pruning
It even has ears
Kalanchoe. In America the e is silent, but in England it is pronounced.
Every botanist or succulent enthusiasts I’ve heard here in Arizona pronounces the e
@@wadeolsson856 I think I got it backwards.
love the kalanchoe. It'll make a great tree in the future.
Thanks!
Crassula sarcocaulis and Crassula tetragona, rare and Nice species you have Nigel!
Nice looking succulent at the end. Pruning to keep it small will be the challenge
I’ve never been much for succulents but you’ve changed my mind😁 I think my next tree will be a variegated jade😊 I already have a small desert rose that I bought this spring😁
Now I want a cannoli and manicotti!!!
The jades are pruned into your ideas of how you want them to grow. They will develop into some nice trees this growing season. That azalea has some spectacular flower color.
Succulent Thursday. 🌵🌵
Would love to see you make a pachypodium bonsai Nigel!
Pretty azalea ^^
Botanical name for Copper Spoons is Kalanchoe orgyalis :)

The succulents are growing! The succulents are growing!! I should be able to get mine out to the trailer soon. They can take the cooler temperatures! Great trees Nigel! That copper spoon is really fascinating! Are the leave leathery feeling?
its a kalanchoe right nigel? kă″lən-kō′ē, kə-lăng-kə-wē″, kă′lən-chō″ (google said) "cal en kowy" or klancho is how i always pronounced it. there are 1000s of varieties of them. ive tried to make a few into bonsai, they make great house plants
