I suffer from ptsd. I have trouble sleeping and these sounds really help. Takes me to when I was 8 and my sister and I were living with our Dad.. Our bedroom caught the southerly wind which whistled and howled at night here in New Zealand and when it got really cold my Dad would cover us with old coats because we were too poor for blankets and kiss us on the forehead😊😊Best years of my life❤❤
