This theta meditation is composed to help you open your third eye through its carefully designed usage of specific frequencies, rhythms, and patterns. The soundscape utilizes binaural beats, panning, gentle melodies, and specific sound wavelengths that science has recognized to positively impact the brain and body. By incorporating these elements, third eye activation and a deep meditative experience are more likely. As your meditative experience progresses, new elements are added to the composition, and the volume linearly decreases as brown noise is slowly introduced to guide you into an even deeper mental state and blocks distracting external stimuli. Many cultures and traditions consider the third eye as an energetic interpretation of the pineal gland, which is an essential part of the endocrine system with important physiological functions. The third eye is typically depicted in the center of the forehead, a parallel to the location of the pineal gland which is located deep within the center of the brain.
The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland located between the two hemispheres, in a groove where the two halves of the thalamus join. It bares resembles to a pine cone, which is why it's called the pineal gland, and is often symbolically represented as such in various cultures. The pineal gland has a unique structure with some similarities to the eyes, supporting its association with the concept of the third eye.
Close your eyes and gently direct your attention to the space between and slightly above the eyebrows. As you breathe, visualize energy flowing through your third eye. As you focus on this area, notice any sensations or perceptions that arise, such as tingling, warmth, or a sense of pressure.

While the spiritual significance of the third eye and pineal gland is widely acknowledged in various traditions, the mainstream scientific community remains cautious and maintains skepticism.

I haven't uploaded in a while, but I've continued to create new content. Unfortunately, the lack of recent uploads has severely affected my channel's visibility and discoverability. Working on it right now! I've been trying to find a host that can handle more bandwidth transfer and storage for a reasonable price, but it seems like overall it's the best value out there that I can find for now, and there are unfortunate limitations.
A complete overhaul of MEGA and channel memberships will introduce a ton of new content. It'll be finished and ready by the end of the week. I'll publish a community post to let everyone know when it's ready.👍

That's a bit of an issue that I've been trying to deal with. The host that was storing my products actually "lost" a lot of my audio tracks. The API wasn't very good to begin with, and they were charging absurd amounts per month to host them. I'm not sure how that happened, but I decided to cancel my connection with them because I feel like I can't trust or rely on their services.
The current issue is that it's very difficult to find hosting that will distribute digital products with the size allocation that I need. All the audio tracks are very high quality and take up a large amount of space and bandwidth. Right now, I suggest looking into getting RUclips Premium (if you don't already have it). You are able to download them directly from RUclips, and you won't get any ads for anything else on RUclips. That may not be the most ideal, but I'm working on a solution that would allow Members to download them for free.
