E39 540i | 3" Cat Back Exhaust | Muffler Delete | Vibrant Resonator | Exhaust Sounds

I tried to record audio of different scenarios to convey the full range of the exhaust sounds. All audio is recorded outside of the car because I haven't found a good way to record audio from inside the car without hearing a lot of interior rattles and creaking. I didn't want to take away from the exhaust sound, so I tried to maintain traction during hard acceleration.
I completely removed the scuba tanks muffler, as well as the stock lung shaped resonator. All cats are still in tact. The new resonator was in place of the old. I used 1 resonator (Vibrant 1794) on 3" mandrel bent pipes. After the resonator, it's nothing but pipe.

Thanks! Yes, the halos are aftermarket. Cheap ebay COB halos. If I did it again, I'd get frosted to help hide the little leds in the rings. They're also super bright. Which is fine for day driving, but blinding at night. I'm kinda mostly done with a relay circuit that will dim them at night when the automatic headlights turn on or when parking lights are enabled. They look so much better at night when dimmed a little bit.

Yes, I still have my cats. Everything after the cats has been replaced.
