I've bought two of the Fiskars punch with eyelet setter on them. One will not work at all and the other I have to slam down to get it to work. I bought FIskars because I've used their scissors for years and years and love them. I'll never buy another Fiskars punch again. I emailed the company and never heard back from them. Fiskars must be like other companies now days......making crap items.
