but what if you have an animation in mind but the development team is not capable of coding it and you cant change that development team for specific reasons . is there a way to go around it ??
I think your best option is to call a meeting with upper management and the relevant teams so that everyone can sit down and discuss your options. That way you can gather all the variables and explore possible solutions together. You don't want to end up having to explain yourself or play the blame game when it's too late for solutions. Sadly, this is how many projects get delayed, causing lots of anger with upper management.
