Welsh guy in the background be like..🤨😏🤨😏🤨🧐🤪
😂😂
😂😂😂🏴
Probs a tic mate
What is going on with the Welsh dude in the background with the specs
Probably a nervous tic or something.
Hahah first thing I noticed couldnt watch all the video
Went to the comments to see if anyone had said anything
least we beat england
Natural reaction to standing too close to Healey :)
For those who are asking. I am pretty sure the Welsh supporter suffers from Tics...
I would agree!
He was english actually I was there too he wore a Welsh jacket for his wife so umm yeah
@@martinstevens6955 the point would still remains if he was from Japan.
the obvious one is that wales forced england to tackle. almost 100 more tackles made is huge. one avergae 7 more tackles per player. This will take its toll
Mate that welsh guy 😂😂
all this talk about stats and they didn't mention tackles. England were forced to make far more than Wales with Welsh runners targeting the same defenders again and again, tiring them out. sinckler made 20+ tackles before being taken off around 60mins. Wales spent the whole first half not trying to score tries bit just battering the England defence, leading to 2 tries towards the end of the game. they played the long game and it worked
Been watching squidge rugby, have we?
@@harrym6400 ;)
@@harrym6400 he's spot on though, much better analyst than anyone on the telly
Defending is tiring and disheartening at times.
Both teams will take away valuable lessons no doubt.
I thought after that Italy game what, two years ago England would have it installed in them to play heads up, suss out what's going on and adapt and overcome situations were they're paddling up river.
Mind it's always easier to see this from the stands.
Exactly! It was that and the penalty stat which stood out for me. Also Wales had quite a bit more possession. Therefore the stats weren't quite similar as they state in this clip!
I didnt know Trevor Horn from the Buggles in the background was a Welsh fan?? 😆🤪😎
The worst thing that could've happened to England was win this game. Their kicking in behind to back 3 would've just given them false confidence and they would've been punished, but in the world cup instead, at least they can re-access now.
England obviously didn't want to lose that but I think your right, they now know they HAVE to have a plan B if plan A isn't working.
I wonder if that chap is related to Geoff Wheel ?
I have said that England's kick and defend strategy won't work against New Zealand who love to run with the ball. England had a huge tackle count against Wales. The greatest teams in the world attack by keeping the ball because defending teams get tired and defending teams usually give away penalties. Teams who attack with the ball are more likely to win unless the drop the ball or commit other errors. World class rugby teams love to keep the ball and kick for territory and pressure. England's pointless kicking means they are saying we don't want to win or play, let the opponents have a go. I could play better rugby myself at 55. Haha.
Agreed.
L. Williams and D.Bigger are excellent at the kick and receive, and even body magnet G.North managed to win one or two.
Being a puritan I'd rather see the ball stay in the hands as much as possible unless going for a convincing defending lineout.
England are fine when they're going forward, patchy when they're not and a shambles when playing off the back-foot. Their game under Jones is one adapted from Australian Rugby League, built on superior conditioning, tight defence, precise handling and passing, pack-driven forward momentum and a methodical kicking game from the halves. It's a heavily patterned, Blitzkrieg style familiar to anyone who remember's the Brumbies and Wallaby sides coached by Jones in the late 90s and early 2000s, dependent on controlling possession and denying the opposition territory. When it works, they're nearly unstoppable. When it doesn't they look confused, rudderless, and frequently start giving away dumb penalties out of frustration (Farrell's their touchstone player in this respect; world-class when playing behind a dominant pack, wobbly and ill-tempered when denied that forward platform).
Wales, like Scotland last year, controlled the ball well, attacked the defensive line wide in broken play and directed their forwards through the centre from set plays, forcing England to make nearly twice as many tackles, and backed the larger English pack up with a consistent long kicking game that pegged them back in their own half. Denied possession and their usual physical advantage - which they made full use of against Ireland - and frequently tricked into conceding offside penalties by some clever feints from the Welsh scrum-halves, the English pack were run off their feet and consistently fell to giving away penalties in their own half (often for deliberate foul play), gradually lost their structure and failed to support the few good line-breaks their centres managed to achieve in the second half. Both this game and Murrayfield in 2018 showed how England can be neatly unstitched by undermining their strengths, and the series against (a misfiring but still potent) SA showed what happens when they come up against a forward pack who are a physical match for the intensity they bring.
Hell of a twitch on the guy in glasses behind the Leicester Lip!
It’s all good I think England are in a better position now for the world cup
You’d hope so
Gatland wants.
The World Cup
One name for angerland to thrive. Cipriani !
It was a "kicking game" band wagon and shows how totally clueless and over confident England were tactically. They were kicking to two Lions with plenty of experience. Against France Huget was all over the place and Ireland picked a totally inexperienced full back. To believe that the way to win that game was to play exactly the same way was the height of over confidence (I don't want to say arrogant because that is just a cliche). But did they think the Welsh back three were as bad as France or as unbalanced as Ireland? Wales caught the ball and harried supposedly world class Youngs and Farrel. One of the poorest tactical displays I've ever seen. Up and unders won't beat organised talented sides.
All the damn talk from Jones now look
It's only one game mate...
@@alexashton6477 but it's THE game
@@rhysjones3867 yeah I agree, but think we can get over it since this is a world cup year there are other important games
@@rhysjones3867 Gatland only beat Eddie's team twice out of 9. That's really poor.
Healy. poisoned little chap that everyone hates.
Warren Gatland have only out thought Eddie twice in 9 games. 😂
England just threw the game away
Is this soccer
GAMER SARANDAZ no it’s football
Jamie Wilson rugby football technically
Yeah soccerball
No England threw it away, simple as. Wales played well but England messed it up big time.
England fan.
Yeah, classy. "England threw it away" by failing to make enough territory, tackling twice as often, gifting three times more penalties and opening big holes in their line for the Welsh attackers to run through. Nothing to do with Welsh gameplan, fitness levels or tactical kicking. Nothing at all.
Yep, they messed up by not being able to get the ball in the second half....simples.
