@@leodark_animations2084 The sign up for beta it is free, I suppose they will charge when they decide to launch the full release, I'm not in yet, waiting for them to open the Beta program.
Tim, congrats on your appearance at the LTX intro, a historic event in the history of AI. Was real excited seeing the folks who made it happen streamed live.
Thank you so much! It was awesome to have been a part of it! Haha, I'm still always thinking when I'm on a stage like that: "How did I end up here?" haha--
I am actually really hyped for LTX Studio, and have been on the waitlist for a while. But I was watching a video by another RUclipsr (who also loved it) and he pointed out something interesting, and a little concerning.. In the terms and conditions for LTX Studio (you can find them in the FAQ on their site), sections 5.3 - 5.5 talks about their company's right to your content. I'm no lawyer, but after reading it myself, it does sound like they have full sub-license rights to your content created, meaning they can sell it, change it, do whatever they like to it and you can't say a thing. They also have rights to anything you upload to their site. Might want to read it for yourself (or better yet, have a lawyer read it) before considering it for commercial use.
I’ll take a look through it as well. Not a lawyer as well, but I’ve read through a LOT of these types of T&Cs. My guess is that they’d want to use it for promotional use. So, it’s less about stealing your story/video, and more about making an ad with the cool things you can do on the platform. Reasoning being, it’s just bad business practice to take your film and “steal” it. If you did end up with like, The Matrix of AI films and it became a worldwide hit, it wouldn’t make sense for them to get in a legal battle with you. It’d be more advantageous to let everyone know it was created on their platform to have more people sign up.
@@TheoreticallyMedia It is bad practice, and these guys are not artists or filmmakers, they are ruthless businessmen trying to get rich using AI in an industry they know nothing about, it's not surprising they have hidden artist-unfriendly terms in their service agreement (Facebook's API all over again, just wait for the Cambridge Analytica type scandel when they steal your work). This is the type of company and product Hollywood was striking against, they are simply paying outlets like TM to shill for them. Ask yourself, is the output good? Would you pay to watch any of these "movies"? Do they have human emotion compelling them with just a 1-shot prompt, or will this create a wave of junk on RUclips? Is someone being paid thousands to "review" it, and ethically could that impact their results?
@@TheoreticallyMedia: I think you are completely wrong here. If you sign something that says that they have the right to do whatever they want with it then there wouldn’t be any legal battle. Maybe when they release they will have different tiers, with different ownership and licensing rights. But If they can do what they went with your work, no-one would use it for doing their own commercially oriented work and it’s use would basically be restricted to hobbyists playing around with it.
It’s definitely an impressive tool. Although, I wish the user had more control over what is generated. I would want more control in choosing the appearance of my character. For example, I want to upload a picture of a character I drew, and ask ‘LTX Studio’ to copy that character exactly from the image or use it as inspiration to generate a similar-looking character in the style that I want. Also, I’d want more control over the exact composition of each scene. I’d want some advanced editing options to get the exact character and exact scene that I want. Additionally, I need to be able to put my characters in specific poses. I want to be able to copy a pose from an image, and put my character in that pose. I’d also like to pose two or more consistent characters together in an image. There also needs to be an option to correct mistakes. For example, I’d want to correct the word “police” on the police tape, as it’s spelled incorrectly, without changing the rest of the image. Lastly, it seems like the quality of the animations has a long way to go. I hope the results will eventually look more natural, and weird artifacts as well as disregard for space will be corrected. Hopefully, the characters will also start to move more naturally and have more natural facial expressions. I hope they also add lip-syncing at some point, so we can get our characters to talk. With these things said, I appreciate that a tool like this is being developed. I hope to see more platforms like this that aim to offer all the features needed to make AI movies. ‘LTX Studio’ is certainly at a good start.
You should be able to prompt them from the start of the project. That said, I did run into some problems where the character was ALMOST right, but not quite there-- so I had to re-roll a few times in the storyboard. It'll get there though!
FINALLY this is what the ltx livestream should have been! great overview, not perfect of course but a great tool to start with for sure and i am sure will only improve with time!
Looks nice. Great to see some story editors showing up for AI. 2 things I want to know regarding text-to-video: 1) When do we get the VR version (immersive 360) 2) When do we get user-driven branching -- have user be able to select different pathways through the film. - I know we can code this in to our own app, but would be nice to have right in a story editor than exports the code for the user interaction of the pathway through the film. That way, they aren't just watching something - they are guiding the experience. It can learn the information a little bit ahead of time from the user to download in the background and keep things streaming seamless. This could be done with any video really, but I just thought - why not now with LTX. Something to think about. User guided movies. Imagine being able to watch your favorite movie in a bunch of unique pathways - perhaps 64 total. No, no make that Quakerstate.
This looks incredible! I'm imagining there being a series of AI "experts" that could look at the setup and make suggestions and even direct changes too... Like imagine being able to consult with the writer, the production designer, the VFX sup, the sound designer etc, exactly as if you were the real director It's still obviously slightly limited by the video gen quality. But eventually I'm sure it would get a Sora or better level model Very excited about this first step. Exactly the sort of tool I've been waiting for!
A terrific review of a neat solution. Certainly looks good enough for animated storyboarding! Thanks, Tim! One other thing, I know how much you love scripting, I wonder if you could do a video about writing a script with the various tools out there, and which ones might be best for different purposes.
Looking so much forward to the moment when they let me in - I think this is going to be the fastest previz program ever and got 14 episodes I’m going to try out. Guess there are many professionals out there who are deserving a spot more that I am, but this is so exciting. I do enjoy your channel, keep up the good work.
Man, I consider this a tool for everyone, not just the pros! I want you to make those 14 episodes as much as anything else that is made with this tool!
I can see this either complement or even replace the old film manuscripts papers, it's like both a manuscript and a story board draft in one. And also playful which can only be a positive thing for the *creative process*, which is key.
😃I am SO excited for this!🤩Think of all the original, new stories we’re gonna see from a wide variety of new storytellers who were previously unable to have a voice using traditional tools due to either economic disadvantage like the poor or disabled etc. or because they simply work in other industries and never had the time or skill to create their own films. Imagine an exciting new world where we can watch original visual stories created by people who previously never had a voice in this medium. Imagine how amazing this would be in a classroom, teaching kids storytelling techniques and how to express themselves!!!❤😄
That's EXACTLY what I was playing with. It's weird since you're working with this bird's eye view, how you'll make a change in scene 2-- and suddenly realize there is a good storytelling scene you can add in between Scene 5 and 6. The Storyboard mode really feels and looks like a corkboard with post-it notes on it. A tried and true method!
Great product and great demo. We see a number of ideas which I think will become standard in other products like this in the future, such as style references to well-known directors…Thank you ❤❤❤
This looks really cool. As an artist and film editor... I can see myself having a lot of fun with this and perhaps creating some really interesting films. This is actually quite amazing.
As an editor, I think you'll totally understand this platform-- and, as a bonus that I didn't talk about in the video: You can download everything you create here as separate clips/SFX/Etc. So, you can build a rough cut in LTX and then bring it all into Premiere/FCX/Davinci ect and fine tune from there. I mean...THAT'S awesome.
@@TheoreticallyMedia yes... that would be ideal... could really perfect the pacing and take it all to the next level. Got confirmation of being on the waiting list... still waiting lol
LTX is the one AI text to video maker I'm the most anxious for. I'm kind of down on their list so it might be a while till I get their invite but can't wait till I do. :) I do have one question though: can all the scenes be seen tougher when all the editing is done? Or has that not been added yet?
I find the program very hard to edit the clips.I've been on the still image creations with MJ since version 2 and rarely do I get tired of regenerating for an acceptable result. My experience with the video generators like in Pixverse can require some patience but even then the regenerations don't wear me out. Maybe its all the clips in LTX but it is frustrating. I just started with LTX and I agree it should improve so I'm hoping the operation gets smoother. Always appreciate your videos, thanks.
This honestly looks so cool and easy to use, on the waiting list now hoping I get in 🤞I keep saying this but your channel really gives me whiplash with the amount of content you produce, thank you!
After looking at the website you introduced, I feel excited yet also somewhat fearful at the same time. Who knows what movie production will look like in 10 years? It might not even take 10 years; given the exponential growth of AI, we could see signs of it in just 3 to 4 years。Those who can't keep up might lose their jobs. Anyway, thank you very much for the introduction
Thanks for this walkthrough! Nice to see all the tools in one place, I had read some insane theories on what their platform actually was and it's nice to see that it's just gathering all the good stuff in one spot.
What sort of end product do you think LTX is genuinely ready for? I'm seeing maybe some youtube story shorts, maybe pre-vis for a larger product, possibly promotional videos?
I see it for all the things you mentioned. I mean, you COULD make a feature with it (I talked to them about scene limits, and apparently there are none)-- but, that would be a massive undertaking, and likely by the time you were done, so much will have changed. The most fun you'll have is going in with no preconceived notion and just playing with it. Music Video? Short Story? Someone mentioned doing an adaptation of a public domain book? I mean, so many different directions this could go in.
I really cannot wait for this, I have so many ideas. I will start creating my prompts, plots characters ready for release to make some ground breaking content in my sphere of influence in Africa ☀️😱☀️
I was talking to the team about this very thing! How I can't wait to see films, videos, and ideas from everywhere in the world! Can't wait to see what you make!
Currently no. It basically generates via summaries of your story, from there you’d have to manually edit/adapt your scenes in the editor to your script. It’ll take a little work. Offtopic: but your screen name is an old Chinese Restaurant in Hollywood, that sadly closed down. They had the best Egg Rolls I’ve ever had! Loved Kung Pao Kitty!
@@TheoreticallyMedia Hopefully in the future they'll have that option. As for the name, they did have the best egg rolls on the boulevard. They closed a couple of months after we moved into the neighborhood. I wish I could buy the sign.
Holy 🤯! I'm sorry Tim. You know I don't usually leave uncouth comments, but that just blew my mind! I can just see the pricing tiers now. Thank you for this. 💯 Between this and all the other creative AI tools, when do I actually work on my business! 🤣
That’s awesome!! Pricing, for talking with them, is still being worked on- but they were really adamant about wanting the platform to be accessible to everyone. So, I expect when they do roll out a cost, it’ll be reasonable!
I am so excited about this! Your video today is sort of a mini "how to make a simple film" tutorial. I hope they'll accept my wait list request to test it out!
That's so great to hear! I always strive to make "something" when showcasing these tools! Come to think of it, I need to go back and finish Willow Creek!
For soundtrack yes. I'm sure dialogue will happen soon enough. I was talking to a musician last night about it-- I mean, for him? This is an instant music video.
@@TheoreticallyMedia Exactly what I need! Thank you for all the work you do and wonderful updates you bring to us creators admist all the cacophony of so many AI tools!🤩
Hey Tim, can it render animatic as black&white sketch? I think this will be a great tool for quickly making "traditional" storyboards. Also, will be great if you can supply it an actual script from say Final Draft and assign voice to the tagged characters. Not to forget tagged props and action. Top marks if they can incorporate to use as a professional tool.
as a film maker, this has been one of the AI tools I've been most excited to get my hands on. Now I'm inside, the first thing I noticed is that I can't actually upload a script. It either wants a prompt, or you can upload a text file, but not a large one - so I'm hoping that gets addressed. It's also kinda startling to see the lowest price their for 'commercial use' is $175 a month - ouch!
same! Experimenting with it has been a really fun experience. I kept finding new little things that I wanted to do with expanding the story, reordering shots, creating new scenes, etc-- It's a really remarkable layout for creativity.
I don't have any word on that, but I'll say: I talked to the crew at the launch event and they said they're trying to make sure everyone has access to the platform. Does that mean a free tier? or a low cost one? I don't know-- but I expect it to be reasonable. Fingers crossed!
Will they be adding dialogue options with lip syncing? How about using 2 characters in the same shot? Or big action fast motion, like someone running, a gunfight, car chase, etc.? Thanks!
They’re working on the lipsync now. From what I heard, they had one, but it wasn’t working great, so they held off on adding it. Which, is smart. 2 characters in one shot can be done by tagging them. Fast motion has a lot of the same problems that most current generators have, where things get a little morphy- but it’s a new model, so hopefully they’ll have that sussed out soon!
I haven't heard exact cost, but talking to the team, I know they're really keen on making sure everyone can have access to it. So, whatever they decide, I think it'll be fair-minded and reasonable. Don't quote me or anything, but I'm NOT expecting them to price at like $90/month or something stupidly high.
@@TheoreticallyMedia Good to know. Sorry, I asked when you have answered it already. RUclips listed the replies out of order and I didn't see it had been asked until after I posted.
You hit the link right? I don't know if the one below gets you in any faster, but I like to think it's a code word to get you in the door faster. Haha- I don't know if that is true at all-- but I like to think so!
I have so many questions …. Except from these crime thriller themes or arty-farty hipster „Air Head“ SORA films what about popcorn cinema? Kaiju, Dinosaur, Space battles, superhero movies…. Is it able to achive it or is it still the morphing hell you go through like with all the current other available ai tools? What are their pricing plans? Has anybody read their 24 pages terms of use? What about commercial use, monetization. Thanks
So, to be honest, it's still a little morphy- but, they're working on improving their model, so I expect it to get pretty good pretty quick. Pricing is still unknown, but talking with the team, they're pretty keen on "making it available to everyone" -- Does this mean a free tier? Does this mean a cheaper price point than everything else? I don't know-- but, that's the word that I was given. There are some going around complaining about the T&C, but they're being a bit suss about it. Commercial is fine, you can monetize, and you hold onto rights. They can use the material for ad purposes, and rights are subject to your local laws...which, makes sense.
Looks really cool. I'm looking at this more for creating consistent music video projects. Can I upload my own character rather than face swap and will we be able to use our own images as style references or is it just the styles such as anime that are preset? Using my own characters and styles would be a definite "must buy" from me.
Music videos are a great use case for this. Currently, I think characters are just set via prompt/faceswapping, but I'm hoping you'll be able to character ref from an image soon. Oh, and you can prompt a character in any style. You can see a bit of that in the back half of the video.
it's an interesting concept for a "shot construction" interface.... BUT after seeing SORA there's no way i could settle for these morphy, low movement, slideshow, low quality generations anymore... i'll wake up when openAI finally decides to let us have access to actual video quality gens through sora...
@@TheoreticallyMediaI agree. Projects building UI/infrastructures that can plug and play into whatever the best model of the day is (currently SORA) for outputs will be huge.
@@TheoreticallyMediaI feel like Sora pushed till Q3 to give everyone else the chance to catch up. That and legal stuff like building their own proprietary back end codec to identify their Ai videos from real ones.
@@elislifestyle4605 These are my concerns with SORA. It looks great but it's hard to tell a story when the characters change from shot to shot. And of course, the censorship issue is a big deal, too. I don't need someone to tell me a fight scene (for example) goes against their community standards. It's hard to do anything meaningful without conflict.
my understanding is that this is their model. They're already working on a 2.0 version of it as well-- so I expect this to take a pretty big jump up soon.
It started off on a police station location typical of conversational cop series kind of feel and as soon as you moved the card with parking alley on first position to change the location to start with, it turned to have Max Payne feel specially with that narrator voice. Good to remove the irrelevant ghost shot as well. Storytelling/ storyboarding through readily generated ai shots, having voice and context is good.
It's a LOT of fun. When you get into a flow state with it, it opens up a lot of creative ideas. You'll see when you start playing with it. The original generation will be kinda meh, but as you start moving scenes, regenerated, etc-- you start to see YOUR film coming together...which, of course leads to more futzing!
@@TheoreticallyMedia That's good to hear. Your video is litteraly the best demo of LTX on the internet right now. Bravo, I felt like I was actually using it. Can't wait for my access, I watched the launch event via livestream and apparently will get early access. 5 stars mate
100%! It's weird how-- I think because everything is happening at once-- you end up experimenting and iterating in ways you didn't even think you'd normally try. It is the "normal" workflow, but I think because everything is laid out so brilliantly, you've just got this birds eye view that encourages you to push things into different directions. It's really smart.
10:31 i assume this alpha you are testing can't add two characters in one scene, nor lip sync, though I think lip sync would be implemented at some point.
Not yet, but I know they’re working on it. You can switch narrators between scene/shots though. So you can have a back and forth. They’re still working on their lip sync model. So, that’s coming.
pretty nice, but the problem is the editing. it would be great, if you promt a movie, let it do its thing and present the movie without changing any szene. because that would be the best thing. (like a new episode of firefly) i start in the morning and when i come home, i can watch it. i wanna know how much is it capable of without editing. thanx
Has anyone gotten access to the platform yet? Any word on when it may become available? Hopefully, this isn't another SORA where they tease us forever. I'm surprised one of these companies hasn't teased their Star Trek holodeck technology yet then make us wait a hundred years.
Hmmmmmmmm. This looks like it may be my next tool on a regular basis... Btw, halfway through, I KNEW you'd try a Lynch flick. What I hadn't foreseen was that you'd be Dale! 😂
I'm in a noisy environment so I can't watch the video properly. I would like to find out if you have an audio voice acting can you use it to make the shots?
This is a large step forward but its just not there yet. Once we get better LLMs i think this has the potential to outpace Premiere or other mainstream programs
That’s the ticket right there. And this is one of the smartest workflows I’ve seen yet. And I still think you can make something cool with AI video at this stage. Someone is going to come along and make something that’ll be picked up by Netflix or Amazon at some point. I’m thinking a viral animation thing like early South Park. It’ll be simple in terms of production, but will catch because of the writing.
@@TheoreticallyMedia The workflow is genius I'll admit :) just wish you checked us out some time in the last couple of years, we're leading the way not fast-following! Would make for a great interview.
ok, so question on everyone's (or at least, my) lips: are we still devoid of any form of action at this stage? As in: people being still with strong gaze = great, people actually doing something = mush. That to me, will be the biggest step forward for AI video generation...
We can get some motion, but it can be a bit of a dice roll. I've gotten some good walk cycles with LTX and the various other platforms-- but, I still generally aim for "waist up" walking, just because the feet look a little off. Complex stuff, like picking an object up off a desk and then using said object-- that gets tough for all of them. The way I look at this stuff is less "Cinematic Action Sequence" and more like a TV show. The blocking and camera tends to be a little more simple for that. Well, at least the non 100 million dollar blockbuster TV shows.
Agree, check out some of the videos on our channel in the "Virtual Production" playlist. We're like LTX but original (launched over a year ago) and made by filmmakers, so our users will get full cinematic control. The "movies" LTX pumps out are unwatchable, no one is going to pay $100/month to make one-shot 5 minute videos that flood RUclips, it's a paid marketing scam.
animated as well! There's a bit of a look at it toward the end of this video. I didn't run full generations though. You can see the overall style though!
No word yet, but I talked to the crew and they said they're really keen on "making this available to everyone"-- so, does that mean a free tier? Or a low cost one? I'm not sure-- I think they might be trying to figure that out now. But, whatever it is, I expect it to be reasonable!
Not bad, but the workflow and camera shots are really rough around the edges. This is the future of film making, and there will be a lot of companies making software like this, but I think the makers of LTX Studio have a lot more work to do than they realize. While this alpha product has a lot of features, film makers want precise control over scenes, actors and camera movement - and LTX Studio doesn't provide that level of granularity. i.e. ControlNet, 3D set design, 3D spline camera controls, etc.. A++ for effort though. Thanks for sharing their work in progress.
Yeah, I mean it totally depends on your expectation of output. I think if you're looking to make something on the level of The Creator (I did like that movie!), you aren't going to have a lot of fun. But, if you're looking to make a short, fun, proof of concept, or animated thing? Yeah-- this is a great first step. I totally agree that maximum control comes from Controlnet/3d etc-- and they're working on implementing a lot of that stuff. I was talking to them a LOT about how that works with a UI. We nerd'd out a lot on Video Game Theory...namely, that WE (powerusers) want all that control, but how do you also make it accessible to a first time user without overwhelming them. I think that's what's really cool about the LTX gang-- they really are US. When I said at the end of this video that we want features, and they're aware-- It's true. But what I love is that they're also thinking about the "how" of it all. So it isn't a sloppy mess of features that is frustrating to the end user. I'm cheering them on and hope they figure it out. I'm sure a number of clones of this format will come along shortly, and I'm all for that as well. Competition breeds innovation, and we all win when that happens!
Not quite yet. You can take your PDF and give it a summary of the story, the model will then make a story based off that. Then you can manually adapt each scene. So, it can be done- it just takes some elbow grease.
Try our app, you can import your script from PDF, txt, fountain, or FDX (Final Draft) files... our app is a year older than LTX studio and made by filmmakers, so it probably suits your needs better. LTX just seems like a gimmick.
We are in ai primordial soup. Once evolution happens we will get singular platform combining things like this, suno ai, fine tuned on narrative llm. Eventually they will be automated just spitting out infinite multimedia narratives (eg Truman show lol). Imagine an infinite story that you can just drop into for a couple of hours.
So far it is "Story" and then the Model makes one-- BUT, you can then edit the model to have it do what you want. So, if you have your own screenplay, you can use it as a guide and manually adapt it.
It's a really smart workflow. Generation is AI Video as it kind of stands, but as we always say, "its only going to get better"-- I see this as a solid framework for building the house.
Welp, sucks to be whoever makes video game cut scenes. But IDK, I’d rather just go with midjourney or Leonardo, animate in Pika and finish in premiere, or just generate in Haiper and face swap for consistency and cut in premiere. This is cool but I’m not a fan of giving the Ai that much creative control. It’s like working on a film where you’re the director but the DP ends up directing the movie and you’re just a figurehead. Even best case scenario you’re just executive producing something a machine executed for you.
So, they've made some updates since I posted this (they're basically working round the clock)-- you can now do camera control as well and you should be able to image reference. I didn't talk about it in this video, BUT: You can also export all your shots/SFX/Music etc as individual clips to bring into Premiere. So...yeah, if you want super micro edit control, you can do it.
For sure hop on the waiting list linked below. I think it's tied to me, so it might get you in quicker? I don't know if that's true, but I like to think it's like slipping the doorman a secret code word! haha
Considering you signup for the waitlist and keep waiting and waiting to get the invite, this video is a bit premature, as no one can use it...until they get an invite...which almost seems like BS as I applied over a month ago, and am still awaiting the invite...seems like just more hype than action, just like sora!
the beta signup earlier this month was just a signup. The doors opened a few days ago and they're letting people in now. This is pretty typical of every AI beta roll out.
I love your stuff but I keep asking myself "how am I going to bolster my minimal social security check with this information?" Granted I am no tech savvy genius but I'm trying to learn here. So how do I help myself make a living with all this?
Not as of yet-- but, I will say in talking to them that they're really keen on the idea of making this available to everyone. Obviously, the beta is free, but I think when/if they move into a paid tier, they'll have an affordable option.
The LTX Studio Waitlist is now OPEN and they're letting folks in, make sure you're signed up here: bit.ly/LTXtheoreticallymedia
I'm waiting for the door to open :), I was in the stream presentation 👍

This is very important to know.
@@TheoreticallyMediaNo but they can charge you like the music industry charges the artist and the master is not for them
@@TheoreticallyMedia: I think you are completely wrong here.
Thanks TIM!!! Absolutely the best videos on AI on RUclips PERIOD!!
****THANK YOU****❤
4:54 THIS thing is a total GAME CHANGER!!
How to get the Character to stay consistent all the way through the storyboard?
You should be able to prompt them from the start of the project. That said, I did run into some problems where the character was ALMOST right, but not quite there-- so I had to re-roll a few times in the storyboard.
It'll get there though!
FINALLY this is what the ltx livestream should have been! great overview, not perfect of course but a great tool to start with for sure and i am sure will only improve with time!
Haha. I should have offered them to play this!
@@TheoreticallyMedia for sure ;-) cant wait to try it myself!
Looks nice.
Great to see some story editors showing up for AI.
2 things I want to know regarding text-to-video:
1) When do we get the VR version (immersive 360)
2) When do we get user-driven branching -- have user be able to select different pathways through the film.
No, no make that Quakerstate.
i can make music video for my ai singers first single made in suno ai :D
This looks incredible!
I'm imagining there being a series of AI "experts" that could look at the setup and make suggestions and even direct changes too... Like imagine being able to consult with the writer, the production designer, the VFX sup, the sound designer etc, exactly as if you were the real director
It's still obviously slightly limited by the video gen quality. But eventually I'm sure it would get a Sora or better level model
Very excited about this first step.
Totally agree! He tried PlotDotAI but the output is unusable, try SAGA next - it's the only screenwriting app used in Hollywood!
This is going to be fun to play with. Thanks, Jack, I mean Tim.
Haha, booking my trip to Willow Creek now!
Fascinating! I can see how this is a great platform for proof of concept and fleshing out story structures, way cool. Thanks as always Tim!
I do have one question though: can all the scenes be seen tougher when all the editing is done?
I mean, so many different directions this could go in.
absolutely fascinating! Thank you so much for these shots and präsentation, Tim!!😇
Thank you so much!!
Looking forward to it, i have so many scripts ready to go for african audiences. As soon as I have access, I will defo share it with you.
Can you take Final Draft files (fdx), drag it to the LTX program and turn it into a storyboard?
Great video! Had a great time at the intro!
thank you so much! It was so much fun!
I'm on the waiting list too. This looks very promising.
Hopefully not long for you to get in! I know they've started letting folks in!
This looks really promising for managing the process of story creation. Can't wait to try!
Holy 🤯! I'm sorry Tim. You know I don't usually leave uncouth comments, but that just blew my mind! I can just see the pricing tiers now. Thank you for this. 💯
Between this and all the other creative AI tools, when do I actually work on my business!
Does the platform allow you to upload your own audio file?
😻 So very excited about LTX .
same! Experimenting with it has been a really fun experience. I kept finding new little things that I wanted to do with expanding the story, reordering shots, creating new scenes, etc-- It's a really remarkable layout for creativity.
Great video as always but I would of liked to see the pricing too.
I've waited for a platform like this for so long. I'm a novelist and aspiring screenwriter and LTX looks amazing. Have you heard anything about cost?
I haven't heard exact cost, but talking to the team, I know they're really keen on making sure everyone can have access to it. So, whatever they decide, I think it'll be fair-minded and reasonable. Don't quote me or anything, but I'm NOT expecting them to price at like $90/month or something stupidly high.
@@TheoreticallyMedia Good to know. Sorry, I asked when you have answered it already. RUclips listed the replies out of order and I didn't see it had been asked until after I posted.
Sure, the bells and whistles might jazz up a quick 5-10 minute clip, but rolling out a full-blown movie with this tool seems like a stretch :p
I’d say that for all the AI generators, to be fair.
Can't wait to try it.
You hit the link right? I don't know if the one below gets you in any faster, but I like to think it's a code word to get you in the door faster. Haha- I don't know if that is true at all-- but I like to think so!
Im on the waiting list lets get it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Can’t wait until you get in! They’re letting folks in now!
As always I love your sense of humor! And the videos ofc!
thank you so much! AI in general is so amazing and surreal-- you just have to laugh sometimes!
@@TheoreticallyMedia True but I'm sure you've got funny quips in store without AI involved.
Thanks man. I've been anxiously waiting for this.
Can’t wait to see what you put together!
That's nice, I'm already there! thanks Tim!
Excellent! It's so much fun!!
Wait a minute, I've heard Jack's voice narrating videos on a few channels. I guess he's expanding his career, branching into movies now.
Jack is SUPER talented! Haha, best VO actor I've ever worked with-- and only shows up drunk on the job half the time!
Looks amazing so far! Hopefully we'll be able to upload our own images for characters, or add our own text to speech models for it to use too.
All coming soon! I believe images are already working. I’m curious about image referencing and then inpainting after!
Give them a bit-- it won't be long before we all have Sora level video outputs. And I still say we'll get them before we get it from OpenAI.
Sora doesn’t make consistent characters like this and it will be really censored
This is perfect timing for me! 🙏🙏🙏
Excellent to hear!! Can't wait to see what you make with it!
what plans do you have?
Very cool, does it use its own video generation or does it piggyback on some existing text to video technology?
my understanding is that this is their model. They're already working on a 2.0 version of it as well-- so I expect this to take a pretty big jump up soon.
I CAN’T GET A ACCESS WHEN I TRIED TO JOIN THE WAITLIST LIKE 1 WEEK AGO 💀💀
I just saw on the Discord that they’re rolling out to beta testers right now. Hopefully not too long for you!
But i have no idea what is wrong with This LTX studio! But it’s just a video when somebody playing a video of working workflow that I am TRICKED!
Oh, I LOVE that you called out Max Payne! Big Remedy fan. Hmmm, maybe in a future example, I’ll have Max and Alan Wake meet!
Nice one again mate, This looks interesting
It's a LOT of fun. When you get into a flow state with it, it opens up a lot of creative ideas. You'll see when you start playing with it. The original generation will be kinda meh, but as you start moving scenes, regenerated, etc-- you start to see YOUR film coming together...which, of course leads to more futzing!
@@TheoreticallyMedia That's good to hear. Your video is litteraly the best demo of LTX on the internet right now. Bravo, I felt like I was actually using it. Can't wait for my access, I watched the launch event via livestream and apparently will get early access. 5 stars mate
@@TheoreticallyMedia I'm on the list :)
another great video from Tim
Thank you so much!!!
Very helpful to get a basic structure in your project!
Can you create actually character dialog with their mouths moving and them talking to each other with LTX studio? Or is there a way to achieve this?
This is gonna be so important to my workflow
So no dialogue from and between characters is possible yet...?
Beta is out-- check in on their Discord, they seem to be letting a lot of folks in from their community-- which, makes sense.
Does it have have control net?So you can post the figures to what you want
it is a perfect tool for storyboarding and animatics:)
I love using it for idea iteration. I seriously get sucked into this platform for hours at a time!
Hmmmmmmmm. This looks like it may be my next tool on a regular basis... Btw, halfway through, I KNEW you'd try a Lynch flick. What I hadn't foreseen was that you'd be Dale! 😂
Haha, if I were being honest as a casting director, I should be more Dr. Jacoby!
I'm in a noisy environment so I can't watch the video properly. I would like to find out if you have an audio voice acting can you use it to make the shots?
This is a large step forward but its just not there yet. Once we get better LLMs i think this has the potential to outpace Premiere or other mainstream programs
Tim, you should make a quick short film about AI artists uses some of our images to tell a compelling story, I'm fine with you using my likeness 😊
Haha, that’s a great idea! Hmmm, let me stew on that. I’ve actually got an interesting angle.
@@TheoreticallyMedia haha that's my dude right there
It not about what it can do now, which is cheesy and unwatchable, it's what it will do in a years time. This is still in proof of concept stage
Would make for a great interview.
what up man! awesome to meet u in person🔥
Dude, it was so great getting to meet and hang out! Can’t wait until we get the chance to do it again!
ok, so question on everyone's (or at least, my) lips: are we still devoid of any form of action at this stage?
When can we use this is it free or subscription based I want to make movies❤
does ltx work with animated characters? or only realistic?
animated as well! There's a bit of a look at it toward the end of this video. I didn't run full generations though. You can see the overall style though!
@@TheoreticallyMedia Thank you. I am switching careers and learning about AI movie generation and find your videos very helpful.
Tim, is it possible to make Videos in other Languages on LTX Studio, do you know that?
Found the answer, actually not, but it is good enough for now. Thank you for the good tutorial
excellent! sorry for the delay in getting back, but glad you found the answer!
@@TheoreticallyMedia 🙏
Ehh not too shabby…I’ll give it a whirl. I like Viggle better but think I’ll use this also for certain scenes. Does it say how long its videos are??
These are images with a shallow 3D effect. Where is the video?
Any update on pricing 🥺??
Competition breeds innovation, and we all win when that happens!
can not wait to try this
Can you import your script via PDF or isn't that an option?
Is there the ability to upload your own screenplay and generate based on that?
So far it is "Story" and then the Model makes one-- BUT, you can then edit the model to have it do what you want. So, if you have your own screenplay, you can use it as a guide and manually adapt it.
@@TheoreticallyMedia gotcha. I hope they add the feature to upload entire screenplays at some point in the future.
Very cool. Definitely want to try this one out.
You're signed up, I hope! I know they're letting people in now!
Judging from this overview, it doesn't seem to know the difference between a close-up and a medium shot, which could be a problem.
There is an “extreme” close up show, which initially took to be a macro shot- but, actually closer resembles a “normal close up”
Got my email conf to keep eye put officially on early access list 🎉 shouted u put Tim on x 🎉appreciate ya ❤
Oh, thank you so much!! Excited for you to try it out!!
Great first generation editor.
@@TheoreticallyMedia very cool.

But it’s not available yet
Hit the link in the description, they’re letting people in now.
Looking forward to working with this. Thanks for the great review.
Thank you! I think you’ll have a lot of fun with it. The workflow opens up a lot of creative ideas when you get into the flow of it
Any idea of price?
Not as of yet-- but, I will say in talking to them that they're really keen on the idea of making this available to everyone. Obviously, the beta is free, but I think when/if they move into a paid tier, they'll have an affordable option.
Thanks@@TheoreticallyMedia
Not getting access 😢
they're still rolling out the waitlist. It might be a week or two. They're stress testing the system as they let folks in.
