Hi mam.. to be frank actually im passing through lot if personal pbm but after watching your videos im concentrating more on my health. In lock down, by seeing your videos, im working out for my health. Even small thing like drinking 2 litres or 8 ounces of water to walking and tone exercises for fitness im doing it. I have started just few weeks back to concentrate on my health during lock down and ill continue forever because im seeing lot if changes in my body. I feel as if my bpdy is light weight and my body will take time to shed weight because ill started few weeks back. But in this short period of work out im seeing lot of differences. Slowly im watching yoyr videos for my personal grooming. Along with some channels which they put videos for personal grooming, im following your channel. Pls do your valuable work. You are doing great job. I want to get rid off my depression. I want change in my life. Your video will definitely help me. Cheers. Great job

Felt very relatable Akka. I’m also sensitive and emotional. First software job, my training was for 6 months and I ended with a bad manager. So lots of emotional and psychological torture. I used to cry in the bathroom and pretend to be strong outside. Thankfully I got out of that situation. No matter how good you are outside world is a different experience. Our parents protect us so much so the first time we step out of home it’s a big change.

Hi Deepa, can you post a video on how to overcome stress during this lockdown. As a working mom of two kids, second baby is just over year old, undergoing lots of stress. Without proper sleep, house hold chores, health condition, lockdown.. all are making me soo depressed. Wyatt part is.. I am showing my anger to my elder son. I would like to come out of it. Please post a video on how you manage all activities as a working mom during this lockdown. I get motivated by watching your videos. It helps me a lot. Thank you dear.
Sure, before posting a video I would like to say something as I can’t wait until that, u need to think from kids perspective, we being a adult facing so much stress. Kids can’t go out , can’t play outside. More than us , it’s them who are facing the pressure being inside home , so don’t show anger to them , they need our support as a parent.
They can’t express their emotions or frustration and that doesn’t mean they should take all our frustrations in them. They are weaker than us and need to be taken care of
