Honestly, I feel like the difference between BF's voice and the opponent's provides a nice contrast that keeps the song from sounding too repetitive; I often noticed in "X song but only Y character" that some parts are repeated 3 or 4 times in quick succession, which doesn't sound great when it's one character singing it all 4 times.

We don’t know how the madness combat character work, there’s a lot of mysteries, they may be able to live from critical damages better than human.
If it’s supernatural thing, he would’ve been revived completely without any wounds.
