Watched this performance on Stephen Colbert and it just made me HAPPY!!! Following paralysis due to multiple sclerosis in 1999, there's not too much I can actually say that about, but the unadulterated JOY that Maggie shows in this performance just makes me think that life still contains things that are not too bad. (, I actually found myself re watching this you tube performance again and again just to make myself smile again.). Purchased this album, but still find myself drawn back to the video just to watch her dance around in abandon. THANK YOU MAGGIE, FOR THIS PERFORMANCE!!!

All the people saying she can’t dance or has too much energy and is “spazzing out” would be lucky to be half as passionate about doing something you love. You don’t think she’s a good dancer? Cool, close your eyes and listen up. You don’t think she’s a good singer? Cool, don’t listen. It’s not that hard to live your own life without hating on another person who is very clearly happy and 10x more successful than you’ll ever be😊

Agee. Because many millennials and generations beyond need a full on ADD entertainment spectacle of lights, choreography, stage set ups, beats, etc. - less about good music and passion for the art.
Clare Halacy she moves so divinely and passionately to the music she creates, and sings her heart out in a way that is pure love and happiness.
Don't sweat it Clare...the critical ones are usually criticizing because deep down they are envious that they aren't living their true selves like this beautiful girl is. Let them figure it out and you be the awesome person you are. I WISH I could dance like that! ;-)

I’ve loved Maggie Rogers from the beginning and she’s only gotten better in the 3+ years since! She’s genuinely talented and infectiously fun and I’m so glad she’s getting the love and attention she deserves!

So so true. I agree 100% on both counts. I come back to this video days later, just to bring things back to pure positivity. I keep sending it to my 21 year old daughter, and she says the same thing! Just love this energy and so glad it was captured on my most favorite show. (The only show I actually watch in fact for quite some time.)

Every time I’ve seen her live I’ve been so overwhelmed by her energy- it’s truly a spiritual experience. I never thought I’d see an artist that can transform a space the way she does; whether it’s a small venue or a stadium tour. Maggie is such a powerful and eloquent musician and I can’t wait to see where she grows!

Owen Rogoff the best songs on the album are from the ep. everything else is soulless studio pop radio jazz. Totally different sound and it’s unfortunate.
I saw her several months ago live at the O2 London, it was spectacular. Surprisingly, her live performances a much more better than the studio arrangements.

The dancing is a big part of what elevates her. I saw a Tiny Desk performance with her where she sat the whole time and because of that it was sleepy and 10% as interesting and dynamic.
