I signed up to run my first full marathon! I'll be sharing my training journey over the next 13 weeks to get ready for 26.2 miles. I started running in 2020, and ran my first 5k,10k and half marathon in 2021. In 2022 I hurt my knee while training for a full marathon and struggled to get back to running all year. In 2023, I started focusing more on running, joined a local running club and signed up for this marathon in August. ~ 12 WEEKS UNTIL RACE DAY ✨

I hope your knee will get better, but if not yet there will be other marathons. I had knee problems also, but I felt that swimming once every couple of weeks kinda helped and also sometimes skipping running and doing like biking or some kinda knee strengthening exercises! I’m looking forward seeing next week!! Good luck❤❤
