I bought the same charger but the charging speed is way less than what you claimed. A max of 920mA is reached.

Max upto to 20w. But since phone is 18w it can charge upto 18w but not exactly 18w might be less than that also.

It is a branded certified charger.... Mostly people will use this as an alternative for the apple iphone chargers..... It is compatible with pixel device as well with PD charging..... But 20w is less , if you want to specifically use it for the pixel 6a alone you can try .....
Regarding longer battery health it depends on our usage bro ....from charger perspective i am using it and it is good for me , charges the phone in 01.30 hrs.

Yes bro it will show charging rapidly on screen. Up to 50 % it is charging in 20 to 30 mins . From 50% to 100% it takes nearly an hour or less. Anker is a good branded one.You can search for anker in Google and get some insight before buying also.
