I was given a vertical video this week and was struggling to figure how to layer it on top of a background image to make it look more professional. (I ask people in the church to record any videos horizontally if they want me to show it but nobody listens 😂)
I nearly found this answer while poking around, but this video got me the rest of the way there. Thanks a lot!

Glad it helped, even though there’s another specifically about that. ;)

Is there a way I can make the png layer on top of the background of every slide other than how you mentioned (manually putting it on every slide)? Thank you!

You could add it on the props layer and that would work for sure. You could also make theme from a slide with it on there and apply the theme. That SHOULD work, but RV has said that they didn't intent images to be included with themes, although they do work that way, most of the time.

Hi Paul. I'm new at working with Propresenter 7. When I add a media background to the beginning of the row of slides that I want to use it for, the background image does not show only its title. So I don't know what the background looks like, in the row of the slides, unless I look it up by its title in the media bin. How do I see my background?

Make sure the slides layer is set on the thumbnail preview (not easy view mode). Under the slides area and above the media layer there are various icons. Make sure the boxes are selected, not the T.
