This Newer BMW X7 40i xDrive came through Tyler's shop to get fully PPF'd and protected for the road! IT's in this gorgeous olive green, brownish color that is amazing. When I first saw it, I already loved it, but it was so SO dirty that we had to go deep on the Detailing prep for this vehicle.
After getting fully detailed, washed, and decontaminated, I saw that whatever kind of chemical contamination this thing had, it had etched the clear coat, leaving water marks or water stains that had to be polished out. Once we polished it though, the gloss came back BIG time.
Once it was ready to go, Tyler then began installing the XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF). The entire body of the car was wrapped in this clear protective film plus ceramic coated once the install was finished.
Got the wheels nice & glossy, threw on some tire dressing, a final wipe down with Bead Maker, and this thing was ready to go! A beautiful SUV that is not only luxurious, but quick too from that B58 engine. Just a fantastic car!

Those Beemers looks so awesome. Worked on an over sprayed 2021 Toyota Venza, the body shop did not cover the car. For that car no clay bar helped me. I had to do 2 step paint correction on it. But worth the time spent on it because the end results were awesome. Looks like it was quite windy that day your camera was shaking. Hope you have a strong tripod, I have lost a camera to the wind and it was beyond repair. Nice work man!
Lol a strong tripod was WORTH the investment. If I were using my original one, the Sony would be toast. The overspray sucks. I thought I was going to run into the kind of etching that requires a crazy amount of correcting, but got super lucky!
Wow, I'm thinking about getting an X7 and having this done. Any recommendations for ATL or should I bring it down to you guys?!

Hey Ty, I commented earlier on one of your older vids. And I see you linked all the products you used in your RUclips video. Would you recommend me trying this myself after purchasing all the products? I don’t want to ruin/ mess up my new X7, my only fear
What kind of coating applicators you use while ceramic coating a car
Autofiber Ceramic Coating Applicator Pad. It's double sided with a plastic liner inside to keep both side's chemicals separate. Only ones I really recommend using!
