Asalamualaikum sis, some of these nasheeds ate copyrighted but they don’t affect your channel to the point that it gets banned, you just won’t make revenue off the adds if your channel grows for that specific video. But most of the nasheeds aren’t copyrighted, you just have to do your research in sha Allah. I hope that helps :) May Allah make your channel success and pleasing to Allah.

I recommend Notion, you can use your phone or a computer and it is all online , best for alot of notes
