- surprise bonus video this week ^o^ i wanted to film a late night study session since i hadn't filmed a real time study with me in a while, and i think they're definitely easier to study along than my regular vlogs!

So I have ADHD, and there's a technique that people with ADHD use to complete tasks like studying called body doubling, where someone else sits in the room with you and does their own task. For some reason, it often helps someone with ADHD to stay on task. This video is an absolutely perfect substitute for body doubling when there's no one else around, so thank you thank you thank you. You are genuinely helping a girl out over here :)

@Anais Becerril Chapa sure! ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It’s a neurodevelopment disorder which is characterized by executive dysfunction, most notably an inability to regulate attention, impulsivity, and physical and mental hyperactivity. It encompasses a lot more than just that, but that’s the general overview.
I dont have ADHD but this works for me, I had a hard time doing school work during quarantine alone in my room, but as soon as I worked with my mum downstairs, everything went by smoothly

this makes me feel like im on call with one of my friends and im keeping them company while they do their homework, and helping them with any questions they have, but making sure im really quiet so they dont lose their focus :) it somehow comforts me knowing im not alone (even though i am and this is just a video) i still love this so much
this is so helpful, I finished my Chemistry homework that would have taken me at least 3 hours in about 40 minutes! I get distracted very easily and this somehow keeps me focused, I only got distracted 3 times! Thank you, this is amazing
as someone who wasn't able build her study habit and time management in high school, it made my college life so much harder. how i wish i realized sooner how helpful this kind of videos are. now, i'm almost finished with third year college. i would probably be able to get better grades :(( i should have tried this even just at the start of ol class :((

These videos are so much more helpful then studying alone. Whenever I study alone I lose focus super quickly but when I'm doing it with someone else, them being irl or in a video, it helps me stay more on topic and in focus.
