    కావాల్సిన పదార్థాలు:
    నూనె - 3 టేబుల్స్పూన్లు
    టొమాటో - 1 కిలో
    చింతపండు
    కల్లుప్పు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    మెంతులు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    ఆవాలు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    జీలకర్ర - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు
    కరివేపాకులు
    నూనె - 1 / 2 కప్పు
    శనగపప్పు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    మినప్పప్పు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    ఆవాలు - 1 టీస్పూన్
    ఇంగువ - 1 / 4 టీస్పూన్
    ఎండుమిరపకాయలు - 3
    కరివేపాకులు
    నీళ్ళు - 1 / 2 కప్పు
    ఉప్పు - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
    పసుపు - 1 టీస్పూన్
    కారం - 3 టీస్పూన్లు
    నూనె - 3 టేబుల్స్పూన్లు
    Method:
    Heat a pan and add oil to it.
    Add tomatoes, a few pieces of tamarind to the pan and sauté.
    Add rock salt, cook well and transfer it to a bowl.
    Let it sit for 15 minutes.
    Heat a pan and add Fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds,
    cumin seeds and roast.
    Add a few cloves of garlic and curry leaves, and roast.
    Transfer the mixture and let it cool completely.
    Transfer the cooked tomatoes to a mixer jar and grind it to a paste. Transfer it to a bowl.
    Transfer the Dry Roasted ingredients to a mixer jar and grind it. Transfer the masala to a cup.
    Heat a pan and add oil to it.
    Add Chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, Asafoetida, red chili, and curry leaves.
    Turn off the stove and add the tomato paste.
    Now Turn on the stove and cook well.
    Pour some water and let it sit.
    Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and mix well.
    Add the masala to it and mix Well.
    Add oil and cook for 20 minutes.
    Once cooked, let it cool completely. Then transfer it to a jar.

    Hello mam. I used to come across your videos through fb. I saw this just now and I'm impressed. I'm a keralite and I don't know Telugu. Yet I understood the process except for a few ingredients... awesome mam! I would like to try this.
    Can we avoid adding water because the tomatoes are already cooked in the beginning and then again it is suated.... I have a humble request to add English subtitles for people who don't understand Telugu. 😊
