In order to make standalone binary cli file working you need to perform 2 steps 1. copy that cli exe file from your downloads folder and paste it into your project folder. 2. rename it with "firebase" it worked for me

This error can occur due to multiple reasons. Not sure what's yours and cannot state all over here. Few are... Run flutter pub get -v Clean and rebuild.

It's simple. If you are going to call the controller for the first time use Get.put and if you have previously used Get.put then Get.find will work. These 2 classes are custom classes which I had created and just make sure you have those in your design
