The difference will at least show the importance of site visit before committing to the purchase.
I think IQ is proper in this case because therewas an assumption of expertise and competence when you gave the p erson the task, now you need to ask if their IQ is good😉

@kotinkarwak If they had contracted an expert in the field and he failed, then we could question his competence or IQ. We can agree to disagree.
