This is an excellent character to host with, probably the best. If I want an almost guaranteed win on rat king (only map I play) I'll pick warlock. Don't use feral charge before cana gets to level 2, just keep playing masters call until then. Save astral strikes mainly for individual high level enemies. Info for new players

Hard to argue that one. I think to appreciate those classes you don't find fun or useful, you need to talk with a pro who mains that class. But then a lot of it boils down to personality, I think. I mean, I love helping people, but playing the Bard for me is like playing a permanent game of tag where you're always "it". I'd rather feed cave trolls to my cat...
Bard is good up until you reach the boss, I prefer to play with him over a guardian. But you're right on the warlock, easily the most op character in terms of balance (attack, defence, movement using portals)
Only really a problem if you either insist on playing skirmish, ie solo play. Or if you don't ask experienced players using a mic. There should probably be a encyclopedia book to read through in the menu

Problem with the game all these extra things the cards do is no where in the game. There is no explanation of the cards.
