Paint tool sai is a free software. Just like firealpaca, medibang paint, and Autodesk sketchbook. Those are just a few programs that I use

@@ronnisatterwhite8272 you have to have a windows computer. You also need a stylist and monitor not a laptop
Also you'll need graphic tablet for better effect, of course you can draw with a mouse, but i don't recommend it, plus the art looks way less smooth
