They are made by Parker of Poland. Since there is a US based Parker boat company...they are known by the importer Hussar and as the Skamander brand.

No heat or air conditioning? Approx. cost? Dinghy? Instruments included?

Chester, these boats can definitely come with heat and air conditioning. Currently, they are listing at $205,000 depending on motors and options ordered as they are new boats and can be outfitted however you want and are ordered direct from the factory. Dinghy's are something you would buy separately. Instruments are included. The listing for this boat is by broker Mike Mullinger and the boats listing is: www.pieroneyachtsales.com/boats-for-sale/2021-hussar-skamander-920-explorer-max-fort-myers-florida-7662819/ . Make sure to let Mike Mullinger know that Clint Johnson from Boat Snoop sent you or you can just e-mail me at: clint@boatsnoop.com

Pretty much any boat can be fitted with a marine A/C unit...so I would say yes.
