Alfred thank you for doing these! Honestly without your content id have to go to all the shows and look at all these myself just to know they're out there thank you!
We love watching your videos! Especially since we live in New England & it's freezing cold. Thanks for warming us up & helping us day dream. Love the rib work you do as well. God Bless 🤠
they are built and sold as Parker outside of Scandinavia, but its really an Askeladden Boat from Norway. Lots of clever design solutions. Askeladden is actually the biggest recreational boat manufacturer in Norway with over 100 thousand boats built. Also they are unsinkable, it will stay floating even if its full of water, fully loaded with fuel and people.
Hi Alfred Please re-see this boat if you go to the Miami boat show and it’s there. I checked with dealers and most of what he showed you was in fact extra and not included in the cost. The actual cost with things like AC raises the price substantially above the $180,000 he told you.
Please get them a mic or a boom for the camera brother. You always come in so loud and they come in so quiet. I'm always turning it up and down. Love the footage. Let me know if you need a cameraman/bodyguard lol!
This is very cool Alfred, a new player and they appear well thought out! As a Pacific Northwester this is a vessel I would consider, the price is so competitive it makes me wounder if anything is compromised and if she'll take the beating over time? Thanks!
The price is ridiculous for what you get. But I would like to see it navigating in rough waters and how long will that retractable roof last in the relentless Florida heat....
When I saw the thumbnail I thought " thats a good looking boat! Covered bow, nice cabin, the back deck is a touch small, but workable for sure!" The you opened the video saying it looks like pnw boat. I'm at the very mouth of the Columbia river...
I was _NOT_ expecting that price point! I'm going to guess that the regular (non-show special) price for a boat equipped like that one is going to be around $200k - $225k which is still fairly reasonable. With it being an outboard, I'd expect a _lot_ of below deck storage is available. And, did I see _outriggers_ at the rear of the cabin roof or was I hallucinating?
Not outriggers, collapsible radio antenna. But the boat can be rigged with rocket launchers and rod holders at either side. A second steering position from the aft deck can be installed.
Can not believe the price on that .I wouldn’t be surprised to start seeing a lot of those around .an all new walk around cuddy .maybe this will help a comeback .
So we learn new stuff every day. High quality Norwegian fjordcruiser Askeladden P92 is made in Poland? Well, nothing is like it seems anymore... Swedish Anytec is also made in Estonia...
Cmon Alfred, you get asked about the microphone nearly every video you do. Dont worry about music being the killer of a good RUclips vid, bad audio is the real killer. And bluetooth mics are cheap as chips, just get one, Sir.
That Is an awesome boat for less then $200k!!! That’s freaking awesome man, and the build looks pretty decent also! How was the build quality on that boat Alfred?
I just saw the Monaco on their website!!!....hey Alfred, please try to get on it!!!!!!! This could be THE family cruiser alternative to Axopar!!!!!!!!!!
Its actually Skamander - Unfortunately Parker boats America presented a naming issue, so they had to rebrand to Skamander for the US. but check out their website www.parkerpoland.eu
56 mph for a 28’ boat with cabin is very good. I have a Boston Whaler 270 Dauntless with the same power and top speed is 56 mph. If there are boats out there that size that are going faster with the same power it will be very few. If they are faster then they are sacrificing strengthen in the hull for light weight to gain speed. Speed in the open ocean is relative. You can only go so fast in the open ocean in 2’-3’ seas. My body can’t take being beat up.
@@gregzwolinski5362 agree. That’s why for $180K it should have twin 450’s. But it is a sweet boat! Doesn’t matte, I still can’t afford it, and eat too....
@@DashPar unfortunately because of weight, twin 225's is max HP. HOWEVER...... someone we know, voided the warranty and put twin 350's on his, he said that at 75mph the ride became scary fast and has not topped the boat out yet. There is a great video of it on Instagram

Advice: Wide angle lens, more focus on the boat less on the dudes. I want to see bilge access plus all the storage and in deck boxes.
I love his channel but YES a wide angle lens and point the camera at what is discussed at the moment.

Polish boat manufacturer became popular in Germany too. Great quality/price ratio. Recommendable.

Greetings from Norway! A lot of these boats over here (again under different name), fantastic quality! Love your channel mate, keep it up 👌🏻😀
Askeladden no?

Surprised by the price - very pretty and well thought out boat. 2 mpg at 30 knots is awesome.

James when it's blowing 25 mph winds its very hard to get perfect audio on both people.
@@AlfredMontaner I hear you man. Maybe a Bluetooth wireless mic to give to them for the interviews?

They have been tested time and time again all over the world and North Sea. Look up Askeladden, thats the re-branded name for the north seas.
Check out Askeladden. Same boats. They are designed for the rough seas here up north in Scandinavia. Awesome boats, very high quality.
Nice boat. Different but functional and good price

Lots of value in that boat. Comes with a years supply of perogies.

Hello from Minnesota. I grew up out there!
Is this boat offshore capable? Thx
Could you please put the link to find this boat and the company that produces it, I can't find this boat on the Parker company website
type parker poland on google

Is that 2 gallons a mile at top speed? Is this the same Polish company that build the Galeon yachts?
No at cruising which is 30-35 mph
And we are built close by to Galeon which is why there are similarities.
Hi Alfred, just and FYI I believe it's spelled Skamander.
I couldn't find the name online so i guessed😜

still confusing with all this brandnames for the SAME boats^ Askeladden+Parker+ now this Skamander!! why?? Toyota is the same around the World)
