Brief introduction of our danish partner Aalborg University (AAU)
AAU has one of the best engineering programmes in the world, as it hosts pilot scale facilities for continuous liquefaction, catalytic hydro-processing and distillation, supplemented by access to micro-scale parametric. Within the project, Aalborg University will produce drop-in biofuels for aviation through HTL (Hydrothermal liquefaction) technology followed by catalytic hydro-treating!
