agreed, Boone rocks...not too many hippies which is great for me! lol. i live in an appalachian town but its too small n not as cool or as gorgeous as Boone, I spent time there as a kid n it rock'd. I'm hoping to transfer to Appalachian state since the recently got their Nursing program! yippee!!!

my grandparents live here it's amazing my g'pa is a professor at app state :) physics haha it is beyond beautiful and i love small country towns their close to my heart
and i LOVE the mast general store haha
