Come along on a full 4K tour of Great Wolf Lodge Resort in Mason, Ohio. This resort is right next door to King's Island Amusement Park, and is an attraction all it's own!
This was my all time favorite childhood vacation! We’ve been there about 6-7 times, and I haven’t stayed here for a few years, but we’re going back this month and I’m really excited about it!
I love that you addressed special needs children in relation to vacationing here. I have 2 autistic children myself, and this place seems perfect for their 1st out of state vacation. ❤
BRO THAT IS LITERALLY ME. Btw I went to that exact one and if you are too man. You are in luck. The focus situation made it to were there are literally no one there compared to normal. I went a moth ago and out of all of my 30 trips to the same one. That was defidently one of the best.
You should be absolutely fine. I was actually there with a convention for families with children that have special needs. Nearly all of them were on crutches, canes or mobility chairs. This place is AMAZING when it comes to accommodating people with mobility issues! In fact, the organization was so impressed, they are have their convention there again next year, and they would typically have to have their conventions in or near a hospital. I'd say the only thing you will likely have to worry about is other guests. A lot of kids just get so excited to be there, they get rowdy and start running around like wild animals. Lol
This location is very similar to our own in Niagara Falls--this location, the Poconos and Niagara opened around the same time--though the Poconos and Niagara are higher priority than Mason.. However, the check-in was removed from the Grand Living Room in Niagara after the new welcome centre was built where the entrance used to be. In Niagara, those wolves and other animals in the living room are animatronic, unlike this one in Mason. Buckhorn Exchange here is called the Trading Post.. Loose Moose Cottage is called Antler Shanty Grub. And we don't have the Great Wolf Candy Company because Niagara's owner, Ripley's, owns its own candy company.
Felt very fun there. We have passes to KI next door. We always go here every October and June since 2015. The MagiQuest is very fun especially for my cousin who’s 15. Perfect for all ages. Give you some exercise aswell. the pool is awesome and the wave pool is very fun. Food is a little pricey but besides that very fun They give you little wolf ears you can wear, and if yours birthday the ears have a little party hat on it. During Halloween they give you orange ears If adults don’t like the madness try to go to the summertime and go to the outdoor pool in the back. Less kids there and it’s a lot less waterfalls and loud noises
Great video! We are going here soon and I wanted to compare it to the one in Niagara Falls, the one we always go to. It’s very similar which is nice. I hope the parking is free like the one in Niagara Falls. We now might check out the theme park next door as well, if it’s not too cold.
I just went here with my best friends! So fun would recommend there’s fireworks at Kings Island that night that I went there and there was a cool water slide that went down straight down. It was so fun my friends and I was screaming!
Iv been there 18 times I’m going there this Friday so it will be my 19th. Iv done the paw passes and everything this is my family vacation we have been one month then the next month we went we just think it’s a regular place bc of how much my family has been there. I have 3 sibling and my moms pregnant again and we start going once we turn 1 so my siblings and me have been ever sence we where 1 and my youngest sibling is 6
