Their is sitting water at the edge of our driveway after pipes were laid . Gut grade section elevation improperly done on the street no bench 3 ft to curb for grading properly. What should do? Sue the city and the contractors who performed the work? Mens

Complain to the city if you haven't already. Unless you're in a subdivision and the HOA owns/maintains them, then complain to them. That seems like an oversight on the engineer and/or just the inspector (and contractor). That's irresponsible.
