💯 This is what I'm looking into instead of spending 250 to 300, 000 + for a standard home. It's only for myself, so .this would be much more practical.

Ikr. I was in the military as well, I just didn't retire from the military. This would be ideal for me seeing that I am single.

I love this! Its so modern. I just would change a few things. I would make a carport for when it rains. Instead of that balcony upstairs I would use that space for a medium walk in closet. At least upgrade to 700 square feet split in between both floors. More space in between livingroom and kitchen. Put a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom.

I am a carpenter who builds these. Ansolutely great 1st story, 2nd story needs trim and a huge window with planters for herbs in kitchen window.
Also parking roof can be used for a 2nd floor patio.
I wish you lived in Ohio. I am looking into having one of these tiny houses built for myself.
