I remember when almost nobody even noticed his ultimate cooldown when in transcended state was reduced by about 20 or so seconds. So I just spam-picked him for as long as I can. Good times.

Xavier’s the most balanced hero they ever created so far, but with the release of temporal reign it did made him a little powerful.
Personally, I still prefer to use lethal ignition since it gives him more damage in early game.
He’s powerful in the right scenario, like defending lanes or against tank jungle.

I do prefer Impure Rage than Temporal Reign because of the Mana regen it gives to Xavier especially when you can spam his skill all you want. CDR build with Glowing Wand and it you can melt even the tanks as long as you're in a good position.

I played both Xavier and Cecilion, and could say, they’re both pretty equal.
Both have huge AoE and Range and could carry late game.
Cecilion has more burst and could gather enemies in one, along that with his ultimate he could move fast in or out of team fighters. His first skill allows him to do lots of burst damage that even makes Tanks run away late game.
Xavier has a good amount of burst, can stop movements, and his ultimate can hit anyone.
His ultimate could do up to 2000 damage, which could steal a lord.
They’re both pretty equal as I have carried using both of them, they could easily take on big pushes, but I use Cecilion more often do to his huge burst, and mobility
Cecilion needs a lot of stuck though. Unlike Xavier, once he become level 2, he can already join teamfight because of decent damage in early game while providing aoe cc
The main problem dealing with him is the constant immobilize that's quite painful to deal with

A while ago, I played
Xavier,we're at the verges of losing, my 4 teammates died from the enemies Masha and I am the only one left to def the base and all of them are at half hp and have Immortality. I panic ult to where they are and they just got wiped with just one ult and got the maniac. My teammates screamed after I pulled that 1v4 cause their on mic and after that we won the match.

It's nice to have teammates that would cover your front. In my experience, my teammates were either leaving me behind or don't want to go front first. So I always got locked by assassins whether it's from behind or front. The most bad experience is when I stun the enemy my teammates instead running away & leaving me, not doing a follow up damage
It's been a while since the last time i used this hero... I think it's time to use it again this season

Im happy that my main is getting the recognition he deserves 🎉, although i might worry a little for incoming nerfs due to his popularity
The thing with Xavier is he's a precision hero, all his skills needs to be targeted with a fairly small hitbox, and most people prefer heroes that can just deal damage without doing much
So if you're good with your hands Xavier can be annoying as hell, if not then he'd just make you struggle

To me temporal reign isn't all that on Xavier it is good but it misses lots of things , first it doesn't add any dmg unlike impure rage and lethal ignition , second it makes u waste it's passive if the ult is used from long range , third spamming skills is hard even when it is active because if u wanna get the full out of it u gotta spam skill one with out aiming it which just won't land ,fourth Xavier ult cd is so low u would hit ult once or twice before it get off cool down . Therefore impure rage and lethal Ignition are much better they give more dmg , easier to play with and just make Xavier a deadly combo

On the topic of mages, I'm surprised that Zhuxin isn't all that popular at the moment She's one of the heroes who I can confidently say has a near 100% "hit rate" compared to most other mages, plus she has Atlus' ult in just her no CD skill

She's not popular because either she's always banned or because of the assassin meta it's really hard to play as her, speaking as a zhuxin main. Zhask is semi-popular rn because he's the only mage that can survive a full combo from a assassin if you're fast enough.
She's a utility mage at best. I think normal players prefer mages like damage-type ones.
Also many meta heroes right now have really good mobility
players prefer using her as roam rather than being on mid

Im not very happy with the mystic field damage nerf. To me that was his main source of damage. The nerf made him feel more like a support mage now. Dont get me wrong the mystic field is still useful for cc but last time it actually hurts quite a bit.
Also I used to build cd reduction before the nerf so I always was spamming high damaged s1+2. Now it just tickles the enemy.
Tips on how to use Xavier:
Ban all the meta assassin and make sure you have a strong front

They "fixed" sukuna's domain expansion during the recent resale, i just hope they fix his skill1 next time (crimson slashes instead of whatever that is right now) when he's in sukuna form 😂 then maybe i might be tempted.
