He's missing because he's lost himself. Ben (real name) is missing and Token has fully taken over Ben's body. That's basically the message of the video. The girl represents a love interest. Token thinks the girl is holding him back (literally and figuratively) from becoming a better rapper when the girl was basically supporting him since day 1. When they were talking the set down, Token took over and still kept rapping. He feels that in order to be successful in the rap game, you need to have a dirty mind, flesh and mouth. He sees that speaking his mind and providing a better platform doesn't sell too well, which is why he says "All I see is cons of the conscience". A lot of his more recent videos have had deeper meanings than what they appear to be on the surface.

Also, he's shocked about the person he's becoming. It's evident when he stares at his hand after slapping the girlfriend. Ben is running away from that after realizing that it was Token who pushed the girl away and slapped her thinking she was holding him back. Token takes over again after Ben stops to breathe
