Set a guide for customers of what to expect in the design process, concepts, edits etc your design fee as a minimum and realistically how long the turn around time is. And then production costs separate. (I'm designing stuff for my own small business. So it's different, not design-to-order. )

Cut and sew you really have to work for your money. We based in South Africa are are getting into sublimation...still deciding if we going to do our own sewing because its very involved...but love the printing! Great set up! We had a track system in our factory that made jeans...helps keep all the garment pieces together while moving between machines.

On the other hand, heat transfer paper adds a layer on top of the garment. This additional layer can be physically felt and is less durable than sublimation and can become faded and cracked over time with numerous wash cycles. Great video! Love the tour! There was a lot of very expensive equipment in that factory! However, I couldn't help but to see that the employees were sitting in folding chairs! That can not be good for the employees backs, sitting hours at a time! Please fix that! One young lady made her own cushioning and I'm sure that still wasn't adequate for a long day at work. I ruined my back standing on concrete floors without proper shoes and fatigue mats! Please, please please fix it!
