World At War truly is the greatest “aging” CoD ever. I always have it loaded on my Xbox Series X and it is still a ton of fun to play the campaign and zombies. The graphics are still pretty good for being as old as it is; the gun models definitely show their age but the character models and environments are still pretty good to look at. The best CoD, easily.

The campaign is honestly like a 9.5/10, only thing I hate is the two best missions (Vendetta and Black Cats) you can’t play coop lol. Great list man! Personally i'd bump BO4, MWIII, and Cold War up a tier each, but thats just me (im a huge zombies guy lol), other than that i agree with your placements and your points for each game!

@vingasoline5068 same! I wasn't impressed by the MP beta, but I really liked the campaign and wanted to do the camo grind on zombies, so that's where I gravitated. Then when CW went on PSplus I gave MP another shot and ended up really enjoying it! Cold War ended up being the second cod game I got all the trophies for, first being MW19, and I'm really happy I gave the game a fair shot. Makes me really excited for BO6!

Personally, I think that MW 2019 should have been higher, but I get the issues you have with it. That being said, both Warzones would have gone into trash tier simply off of principle of what they have done to this franchise. Nicki Minaj skins, Homelander skins, etc. They are the reason this franchise is a walking corpse. They may make a shit ton of money off of it, but CoD has lost every bit of its soul as a result. 2007-2012 was the golden era, every mode in all the games made from that era are just *chefs kiss*. Great campaigns, great multiplayer, great zombies/spec-ops. I still go back and play WaW multiplayer via Plutonium to this day, is was just spectacular.

I remember when CoD was exciting every year because they actually launched complete games with new content for a time, then at some point they just stopped caring. I actually regret not putting BO3 higher tbh bc it had a ton of content, probably still the most complete CoD we’ve had ever since. And I did love MW 2019 when it first came out. I don’t think we can deny Infinity Ward poured their heart and soul into that game: the animations, sound and weapon design were top notch, controls were smooth and the game looked incredible, but the maps were so awful and I hate how they encourage camping so much. But I see why people love it, personally I can’t stomach it anymore and I actually think Cold War was a better game overall now

I love mw2 but it’s definitely not in the highest tier when it comes to multiplayer. It was definitely fun to play but just got frustrating at times due to how unbalanced it was and also the infamous amount of noob tube spamming
So I’ve been playing the HM2 mod since yesterday and it actually fixed a lot of balancing issues with the OG game, they actually fixed the One Man Army noob tubes which were like the biggest issue of the mp in my opinion, it’s been refreshing being able to play MW2 without getting tube spammed 24:7

Yeah I’d say hopefully at least good tier. If the campaign is any bit as good as Cold War’s it’ll be a blast, zombies is hopefully gonna be really good, and the mp seems fun from what I’ve played. I think it’ll definitely be a step in the right direction tbh but Treyarch CoDs are the only ones I’ll be interested in anymore Edit: I’d say it’s like a B tier game so far honestly. I’ve only played for a few days but the campaign is good (but not as good as Cold War’s campaign), zombies is fun and the mp is a lot better than I expected. @NoisR yeah aside from One Man Army and Danger Close I loved all the variety of perks in MW2, it really felt like you had to think long and hard when creating classes back in the day, taking into account which perks would fit your play style. Now they’re just so fucking generic and the only thing you need to consider in the new games is which of the 200 scopes you want to put on 🤣

Mad respect for putting cod4 in the highest tier. Grew up on cod4 multiplayer and honestly i think it had the most well balanced and fun multiplayer.
