How's your pain situation these days? Better or worse? Hopefully better. Please forgive me for going off subject; I know this video is about UFC & MMA. By the way, you sound like you're pretty knowledgeable about the subject. I'll have to look up these fights that you commented on and watch them. Honestly, I think you should try and get into a martial art of sorts for yourself.
It would help your body to get stronger, healthier and improve mood greatly!
You don't have to get into MMA, but something like Aikido or the likes would be good.
