I just finished making this and it is an easy project but not an easy tutorial. without all the measurements and without a lot of instruction, it is hard to follow. Also I agree with the other comments that the measurements given are not what was used in the demonstration. There is no way that gussest was 30" by 5".
Can you tell me what the measurements are for the pockets on the front? Not the zipper pocket, the one that you sew down the middle and pleat.... thank you!! I really want to try this bag!!

Hi there, i was taking the measurements down and 2 of them overlap. what is the 3.5 wide x 8 inches for? it was under the 11 wide x 8 inches (flap). and do you have the interfacing number/code so I can find online please?

The main fabric is 10" x 11" wide then less sewing allowance of 1cm. Or half inch. On 2 sides thats 10" wide & 9" height x 4". You can costumized to bigger size or smaller for the plap, it can be longer as well just cut about half or inch short of the main fabric width

I used fusible woven interfacing it's like a fabric. I used med.weight on this bag

Hi, it's in inches (30 x 5 inches) you can adjust your gusset if you want.
