Sucks the crank is a press fit assembly. I had a cylinder head pop off while running. Dealer said rod was bent. I didn't have $1800 for a new rod in 2001. Ski sits in the garage still 22 years later lol.

What page are you ordering yours on ?

@@yunggrizzlyy5937 Engine from SBT, Gear Pull from eBay. But the bolt for the puller was a little short in length so I swapped the bolt from a universal engine pulley puller from Harbor Freight that I had laying around. The one from eBay may work just fine though

Looks likely detonation on that cylinder what plugs are you using? Neéd to use NGK r6918c-9 they are $30.00 each but will save your engine. Good Luck

How did you pull the head? Mine are almost fused on. Howd you break them free?

I lightly went around with a small flat head screw driver to break it free, I loaded the cylinders with PB blaster as well. you may even be able to to use a harmonic balancer puller attached to the head studs to lift it off the block. (That's definitely the wrong way to do it, but it may be worth a shot)
