He was deeply shooketh🤩 ... not just by the insane Tone and power but the emotional force she clobbered everyone with in this one. They new she sang low they were not expecting a Diana as a Diva ramping up a mini fantasy aria. 💖😎💙 With full professional stage support. It is called 'Jodel Time'...really extraordinary...the audience absolutely loved her but the judges didn't turn their chairs around, even though they were obviously fascinated by her voice. They asked her to sing something else and she sang a French song acapella...but she was not chosen. What did she do? As the audience cheered her, she went up and gave the judges a hug! Completely captivating performer, even at the age of 11! I'd say watch her do Elvis' 'Can't Help Falling in Love' (fantastic -- she makes it an entirely new song). And also you could do 'Wicked Game' and 'Rechenka' both at the age of about 15 in singing contests... utterly spectacular voice! Also she sings a beautiful and uplifting 'Into the Sky!' At the age of three in the middle of Russia's far northern Winter she was abandoned, injured, at a bus stop where she was rescued and sent to an orphanage. At the age of 5 she was still traumatized and unable to speak properly. Diana was sent for singing lessons because it was thought that this might help her learn to speak without impediment. two years later she started singing in local theater, and in
street plays and performances. And soon after was entered in a
Russian TV music competition for disadvantaged children. By the
age of 10 she was winning local competitions, singing on live TV
shows, and her songs started showing up on RUclips. Two months
ago, at the age of 18, her first performance during a new
Russian television competition with several other renowned
performers, has gone viral and has garnered hundreds of RUclips
'reaction' videos, and millions of viewers.
Her
first song at the competition, an entirely new take on Elvis
Presley's 'Can't Help Falling in Love with You' has been called
mesmerizing, transcendental and other-worldly...it highlights
her uniquely deep voice, and effortless range from low to high,
along with her trademark dramatic and passionate interpretation.
Diana Ankudinova sings mostly in Russian, English and French.
She has also sung in other languages including Spanish, German
and Arabic. Singing in French, at the age of 10, on a Russian TV
show... a viewer: 'at the age of 5 she couldn't speak her own
language, how can one see this and still doubt past lives?'
