There are 2 versions of this song.. The light version that Elvis sang, and the Dark Version, that Diana sang. This version was produced by Tommie Profitt, and sung by Brooke. Diana changed the ending a little. You are right in that this sounds dark. It was written in the minor key, while the light version was written in the major key. Thank you for your reaction.

So glad to see you found Diana!! She is absolutely amazing and there is something so magical and mystical about her voice!! There is just noone else alive with a voice even close to hers. She can also look so fierce and powerful. When I look at her I picture the peoples who crossed the Bering Strait into America long ago from Russia. She resembles the native Americans and Eskimos. Her performances are always flawless and just incredible and whoever dresses her is amazing too. That dress and the green one she wore for danier danse look amazing on her. They guy with the beard who stood first is a one time guest - he is a famous Opera Tenor in Russia. (the nine singers are the same through all 9 shows with a different guest singer each time). My interpretation of it all, when she sings that wonderful and super emotional cover is that she's a faraway and exiled witch girl (that can manipulate others with her magical and positively cursed female voice) living in the darkest woods far from civilization and have fall in love with a human boy (a boy she stalks almost every time ,when she's at the outskirt of the woods, close by the human city in which he's unaware of that she does..)from the royal palace that she KNOWS she's never can (not only due her condition of being a witch girl, but also when she talks, then it goes unusually manly deep despised by many snub and irrational royalists and other lower rank human citizens ,where the human boy are among with constantly. It however goes very well, when singing with it, though. Her most ultimate capabilities) have in which that hurts her so almost deadly bad and that's why she's mesmerizing emotionally expressing herself with this unique cover of that wonderful song of Elvis P. a voice so dangerous and mesmerizing that it destroys almost all on her path where she is in the woods after ANOTHER unreachable love-sight of the human boy....Yeah..lol....Anyways, a nice reaction,that's for sure.
