I do not know how to make socks but I still think they would make adorable socks and if you like to wear socks when your feet are cold growl make some socks. I think they would make a beautiful shawl if you mix them together!❤
I think making socks out of the gray would be so adorable. The other....well I would probably buy more orrrrr find a solid or two that went with it and make a cute outfit? I thought when I first saw it that it would make cute hat and gloves. So many possibilities! LOL Love you much, your voice sounds better. One thing that is great about crochet is that when you don't feel good and should sleep but can't, you are at ease when crocheting and no stress and relaxed. So almost as good as sleeping 😁 Take care and heal.

I have never use Love Craft yarns. Loving the colorways, but promised myself No New Yarn since I have so much. I would probably buy enough for a hat and scarf. Some bright for the dull winter days.

Went hunting/fishing with my dad and helped him clean what ever we brought home. I was also his helper with a good bit of his Honey do jobs around the house too. Have a good day my friend. I agree it is easy to find a solid color but not as easy to find colorful variegated years and if you find them it seems that it is the same colors from all the yarn companies that we can but from. I love some of the acrylics & wool yarns but I can not wear them. I am leaning to the cotton and bamboo yarns. Take care of your cold and feel better. Blessings♥
Cool yarn. I so agree about the lack of pretty variegated yarns from the US yarn companies. ESPECIALLY variegated yarns with quick color changes. I REALLY miss the Caron Simply Soft Paints - there are so few of those colorways still available - and you have to buy them directly from Yarnspirations with their ridiculous shipping costs. I think mittens would be cool out of one or both of the new yarns, maybe one mitten in each color ......
Omg I just done some work well cleaning for someone and made a little money so I just baught some of the James C Brett 2 weight cotton yarn and omg gosh I love it and I was able to get quite a few skins because they were on sale pretty good deal and this yarn is so nice I love it. Good morning Jen, I like both of those yarns. I don’t know what I would make of them because I’m not sure how the wool would feel to me. The only thing I can remember about wool is from a wool sweater that my mom got me when I was a little girl and I hated it because it was so itchy. But that was in the mid 70s. I haven’t felt any wool yarns yet. But I definitely like those colors and yes I think the grey based one would make nice socks or a tank top. I agree with you about making socks. I would put them together with another color because I love working with 2 strands. I don't knit, so I personally wouldn't make socks because I don't like how crocheted socks feel. Pink or yellow mixed with black is gorgeous to me, but I'm starting to really like gray, which you look nice with, either yellow or pink. I too find solids more boring, but I just mix with another color and voilà instant contrast! And no, I didn't get your big twist in my mystery box just in case you were interested. Hello Jen! I love the stylecraft brand yarn it’s so good and sturdy plus they have so many options. I always get their special DK usually in packs and always when they have killer sales. My mail person knows when yarn is on sale. I want to order from wool warehouse next
I haven't used Stylecraft. I have heard good things about it. I love the colors. I recently labeled boxes of yarn, bc all the boxes look about the same. I will have to relabel as yarn is used, but it has helped.

I agree with you! I love ordering from Hobbycraft, which is the UK version of a Joann/Michael's - I think the variegated yarn, even the budget ones, super-soft and good, solid quality. Plus somehow it's delivered in just a couple of days, which I find amazing compared to many of the big box retailers in the U.S.
Technology can be a pain in the butt. It does what it wants and works only when it wants too, drives me crazy 😂😂. Beautiful yarn, I was checking out that rainbow yarn with gray. I was the same I hated pink and dresses. 😂😂 My bedroom has alot of pink in it,😂😂

Retro comment, sorry. I just got my yarn from Premier's sale last week. Just letting the viewers know the downsizing of the 3 packs of Premier Home cotton was disappointing and not a deal at all. Previous size was 104 yards, now 96 for stripes. Solids used to be 140 yards at $1.89. I paid $2 each for these. So sad. Buyer beware. Love you Jen!🧶🌻😊

The yarn color Rainbow should be called Stoney Garden. The grey in it looks like stone, and the other colors look like a garden of flowers 😍😍😍
